The Living Room features a large smart TV, wireless internet, fireplace, Large balconies provide spacious areas for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy the Ping Pong table and Kan Jam, indoor board games provided as well.
Enjoy the large outdoor oasis with stunning water views. This entertainment area is fully equipped with a gas grill, flat top griddle, refrigerator and seating to relax and take in the sunset. Property was clean, comfortable & as pictured. Chad was always quick to respond & to supply couple items that were missing. Location & the view from back were nice if you want on the bay side with a quick golf cart ride to the beach. (would not be as good without a golf cart) Small disappointment was that the outdoor table fire-pit did not work, the outdoors area needs a little sprucing up, the community pool is not much and the hot tub was out of order & looked to be neglected. Construction going on nearby & 2 porta pots to look at. Overall, we had a nice quiet week, but guests moved in next door on our last day, & that would make it too close for comfort for an extended stay. New beach chairs and umbrella were a plus; bikes & kayak were fun. The golf cart was definitely a big plus!
