Lovely break and very enjoyable

Clean and fairly well maintained with lots of info and things to do .

The shower in the en suite bedroom was difficult to turn off and kept leaking as the shower head lead was too loose.

Fantastic time had by all

Great size and plenty of space for us all. The place was lovely clean. I loved the kids corner for if you have young children. Also a lovely touch was the Christmas Tree

Pleasant stay in Colwyn Bay

Clean tidy and comfortable house that had everything we needed

The iron had some bits on it that transferred when I used it to my clothes. Not a problem but a quick suggestion to put that cans should be recycled on the small bins.

Don’t stay!! Worst ever property I have ever booked.

Location.

The place was dirty upon arrival. Beds looked like they had been slept in, brown stains on a tea towel, and marks on towel, massive build up of crumbs underneath couch. Sink had food scum around it and generally dusty in most areas. Complained to owner who apologised and admitted he had his “kids” stand in for the cleaner!! Tried to get a cleaner in to bring the house up to an acceptable standard but was unsuccessful. We had been travelling since 5 a.m. with a 4 year old, so after giving the owner every opportunity to make these things right, we vacated the property. Owner dreadful to deal with, only compensating us back £400 out of our initial £620 paid!! Stating he had booking fees & cleaners fees to pay. How is that our problem and why should we be out of pocket? Maybe if he had checked the property was to an acceptable standard before we arrived, he wouldn’t have incurred those fees but we as a family feel cheated out of our hard earned money. Absolutely disgraceful!

Fab house and location

Recently stayed with my husband, 14 year old son and my parents, the property was brilliant for our party. 3 double rooms, plenty of space and was like home from home with everything available (i.e. tea, coffee, tea towel, washing up liquid, even fans etc etc). The location is so quiet and peaceful and only a short drive into Colwyn Bay and good base for further afield. Would definitely visit again. The only suggestion would be to have wall mirrors in the 2 smaller double bedrooms as if the bathroom or main bedroom are occupied there are no other mirrors if need for shaving, make up, hair. However this would not put us off returning for future visits. Thank you for a fab stay.

Perfect property for a family holiday.

The house is very well equipped and was perfect for a short family break. The owner was very responsive and communication was excellent.

Lovely, clean home, well equipped with everything you could need right down to salt and pepper. Owner was quick to respond to any communication.

Whilst we were made aware that the property was a new build, we weren't told that building works were still ongoing in the area, so that was a rude awakening on our first morning. A second shower would have been useful especially as we all struggled to get out of the one there, it was very difficult to open the shower screen doors from the inside due to a faulty handle. Unfortunately we found the beds very uncomfortable. But overall a lovely home to stay in and the positives far outweighed the negatives, although the ' sea view ' wasn't as good as we imagined it would be.

Great value

This house is brand new and very comfortable. Lounge and kitchen/dining downstairs (plus a toilet) and three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The stairs unfortunately are traditionally steep - we left our luggage downstairs which worked well. The kitchen was well fitted out and everything works.

Water pressure , family of 6 , had to shower one by one order wise would be not water going on tap for bath or shower , maybe useful if one of doubles could be separated in to single bed , it’s a love park just near house , kids enjoyed had.

1.kitchen facility: no proper knife for meat or veg chopping., no lid for the source pans when you feel like to have a cooked meal at the end of the day travelling. 2. the only shower is inside the master bedroom as on suite.

A great find in a great position

This property exceeded our expectations. Communication with the owner was excellent with quick responses. There are plenty of extras that are not even mentioned on the Booking.com site. As we often visit this area we will definitely stay here again, next time for a little longer hopefully.

Very clean, a cot was even provided for our youngest which was brilliant. Rooms where spacious, comphy and modern. Would definitely stay again! There was even a park right across the road for our eldest 2 to go and play on.

Everything , Specially Angel Bay and Colwyn Castle.

Everything was excellent at the Accommodation. The position of the building was in a very beautiful place, quiet, clean, where you can see the ocean.. You have everything you need for a beautiful holiday. A very nice kitchen, 3 bathroms 3 bedrooms and a nice living room.The sea was 5 min away to drive. At the other end, don't forget to visit Angel Bay.

A couple of (important) tweaks would make this wonderful

Beautiful location and very easy check in/out

Very uncomfortable beds and one flat pillow per person which meant everyone had poor night's sleep which is a shame as the rest of the house was good. Strangely they supplied wine glasses but no wine or bottle opener? It was a huge shame there was no garden furniture as the weather was lovely so it would've been nice to make use of the garden. If they updated the mattresses/pillows I would book again.
