When it came to designing this home, the brief was to celebrate authentic Italian craftsmanship with a touch of operatic flair. And we think the result hits all the right notes. The rooms are elegant and classic, with plenty of space across the three floors to stretch out and relax. You’ll also find original features, including steep stairs that may be tricky for guests with reduced mobility. From here, it's just a short stroll to the restaurants, bars and galleries of Dorsoduro, as well as the water bus stop to take you across to St Mark’s Square. And if you’re in search of a little something extra special, your host can organise a range of additional services – including guided tours and private chefs. Home truths: *This home is spread across three floors with steep and uneven stairs – it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. *Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. *You'll have your own private entrance here. *At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. *Please note the heating is available from mid-October to mid-April, while air conditioning is available from April to October.
