The apartment was stylish and design-wise attractive. It’s located right on the edge of the island, in a quiet area. The hosts were responsive. There’s a bakery and a few restaurants nearby.
The shower setup is a bit tricky, as the water splashes all over the WC room when you use it. A few minor flaws.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is really nice and the location outside the busy center was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Sofia was very good. Send me instructions and google map location. I got lost of course but she still waited patiently. She was very accomodating at check out too. Apartment is comfortable with all that you need and more. Walking distance to all nice parts and sights. I felt safe ( travelled alone with 2 small children)

If you are looking for a perfectly cozy hideout in the non-touristic areas of Venice - this is the place.
Very roomy, enough space for two, let alone for one traveller.
Caveat - the bathroom is very … italian, so please don’t expect anything spa-like.
I loved it and will definitely return as soon as possible.
