Good location. Plenty space

Wi Fi poor inconsistent. Furniture old even though there were sheets to cover them. Some crockery should be thrown out cups & plates stained.

The location is outstanding. The apartment is great, but with a couple of fixes, will be excellent.

The mattress has a terrible sag, but it is big enough that you don't roll into one another. The fixture holding the shower head needs replaced by a quality metal fixture, and not a repeat of the broken plastic one. Unfortunately, the toilet started leaking every time we flushed so we had a lot of water to clean up when we returned from an outing. We had to turn the main water line off and on to control the leaking, but it turned out the leak was outgoing, not incoming. Fix these issues and the apartment upgrades to excellent!

Per avere un punteggio superiore occorre fare qualche piccolo investimento. Intanto il televisore non può pi avere un decoder vecchio tipo con cavo scart per di più rotto e il televisore piccolo non andava perchè mancante di batteria nel telecomando....piccole cose che sarebbe facilissimo migliorare, perchè può capitare che qualcuno arruivi come me proprio in occasione della finale di Champions. Inoltre il bagno perde acqua e chi dorme poco anche per via dei motorini che girano tutta notte sotto casa, lo sente. In complsso è un appartamento valido e pulito, basterebbe pochissimo per arrivare a 8.
