Good location, very clean apartment, nice staff, powerful air conditioning and a nice private balcony.
A lot of hassle and extra fees, filling out an ID form, a €250 deposit which I’ve never had for an apartment stay before, €35 for checking in after 7, and a lot of phishing emails prior to the stay.
There was also a lot of noise from construction and neighbours which usually wouldn’t bother me but it would start very early every morning.
Didn’t bother me but other people might like to know: this apartment is on the fifth floor and the only elevator is a very narrow, old fashioned lift (not great for those who are afraid of lifts!).
