Welcome to our beautiful 2 Cottage retreat. Enjoy a peaceful, memorable getaway. Main house 1 Qn bed, 1 Qn sofa bed, full bth chefs kitchen in main house, dining/lvrm w/d priv garden. Also included is Cottage 2, 1 Qn bed full bth priv secret garden A quick walk to beach, shops, and local restaurants Experience gorgeous Mt Tamalpais, Alamere Falls, Muir Woods, Matt Davis/Dipsea trails surfing, biking or visit Bolinas, Point Reyes, MV Marshall Store for the best lunch!
The Space:
Much love and care went into this property. A private peaceful retreat which we look forward to sharing with you. A special place made up of two sweet cottages both equipped with queen comfy beds great linens and tucked away between private gardens. Beautiful furnishings light beach decor. Between the two is another private garden with a cozy fire pit (turn off after use)surrounded by comfortable adirondak chairs. Great spot to enjoy under the stars after a fun day at the beach. This is a special place where you can unplug, walk the beach and take in the gorgeous surroundings. Please be kind to it and treat it as your own. Very important please keep doors closed later afternoon to prevent mosquitoes or little critters from entering as we are located in the center of a national park at the base of gorgeous Mt. Tamalpais. Thank you (:

The Neighborhood:
Lovely friendly neighborhood. Located at the base of Mt Tamalpais is our beautiful stinson Beach village. Stinson is In the center of a National Park, surrounded by nature, wildlife and some of the best hiking in Northern California. Explore the Dipsea and Matt Davis Trailheads just across the way. A nature lover’s paradise! Nearby is the Bolinas Lagoon, the town of Bolinas, Point Reyes, Tomales Bay, Alamere Falls…Welcome and have a great time!
Getting Around:
(One) reserved spot at the property. We are located a short walk to beach, shops, restaurants, store…once in town, unless driving on day trips, most guests won’t have much use for a car.
Other Things to Note:
Welcome to our sanctuary and thank you in advance for treating it as your own. Be sure to have a look at the checkin/out checklist and confirm all is in good order via msg. If you find anything different than on the checklist please let us know at check-in. Thank you.
Important to note, absolutely no animals at the cottages as we have allergies/asthma and it would pose a serious health threat for us. We don’t host large Parties/gatherings other than listed guests in the reservation. See septic and water conservation notes. Please list total number of guests in your reservation. Six (6) max at this property. Additional charge beyond 5 guests. Thank you again for choosing our Spot and for taking the time to read over House rules and property details. We had a wonderful stay at the Stinson beach cottage. The house is lovely with high-end kitchen appliances and quality towels and linens. The beach is just steps away and the backyard is beautifully landscaped if you’re looking for shade. The separate main and gust house was perfect for two couples to have their own space. The host we extremely responsive and checking in/out was a breeze. One thing to note is that there are no closets, just wall hooks, so if you have things to hang, bring hangers! We were there for a wedding and thankfully had garment bags with hangers for steaming clothes. Overall, it was a 10/10 for us!

I loved my stay at this sunny, impeccably clean and charming cottage. The owners have made lovely choices and the cottage is in a great location right in town and walkable to the beach. I’ll be back!
