We value a positive relationship with our permanent neighbors -large or noisy gatherings just won’t work, however this is the PERFECT place for an affordable, LOW-KEY, relaxing beach get-away.

The beach cottage was perfect for our family of five adults and our dog. We all enjoyed games at the large dining room table and our multiple daily walks on the beach, which is just steps from the house. Karen was a joy to work with throughout the entire process.

We try to get a beach stay in at Stinson at least once a year. We love being able to bring our dog to enjoy the beach, weather, hikes and patio dining. We also need a place that allows us easy access to the beach and town and chill time in the yard. This house delivers on all accounts.And, the king size bed is so comfortable.Karen is great to work with-responsive and accommodating.

Wanted time with family and friends during a hard time.The Ocean is healing. Stinson is perfect.The cottage provided everything we needed and the hot tub was a bonus!
