About this house rental
This sweet 2 BR home has private garden spaces and is a 5 minute walk to town and the beach, as well as easy access to the hiking trails on Mt. Tamalpais. The primary bedroom has ensuite bathroom, lots of windows, and it's own private deck. The roomy second bedroom has a bath down the hall. The living room has a fireplace and a view to the sea. The sunny kitchen has granite counter tops and a dining table. The pretty deck and garden are perfect for outdoor living. Gas Grill. Dogs are allowed. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 2 Queen beds, 2 Sleeper Sofa (the one in the living room great and the one in the master is very simple)

Lovely to hear the waves from the deck. Easy walk to the beach if you are used to hills, which I am. Comfy beds and a nice roomy living room.

Rented this house with our kids and grandson. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Roomy and comfortable, lots of light, with great views and a short, but hilly walk to the beach. There is laundry, but it's not ideally located and could use an upgrade

It was a nice place but not comfortable. The heat was a mixed bag with some rooms warm and others cold. It was not easily adjustable. And the furniture was nice but not particularly comfortable.
