• Tiene piscina privada, algo que no había visto en ningún apartamento de este tipo — una auténtica sorpresa

Localización céntrica y segura, estancias amplias y cómodas, mobiliario y diseño muy bueno. También me ha encantado la zona de piscina y billar.

The loft is very well located, between Atocha and Retiro, just 5 minutes from the main train station. It’s a very spacious home, tastefully designed. The indoor pool is quite large, especially for being inside. The billiards/game area is perfect for spending time with friends. The kitchen is beautiful, although we didn’t end up using it. The accommodation is safe and peaceful, and the bedrooms offer a lot of privacy, especially the master bedroom. It also has a parking space, which is very useful in Madrid. I will definitely come back.
The living room is large and takes a bit of time to heat up, but it eventually becomes comfortable.
