About this house rental
The villa is situated in in a select residential development of detached villas with private large pool and garden between Altea and Benidorm. All rooms are south east facing with views across orange and lemon groves to Altea and the sea, 5 km away. Golf courses, several beaches, shops, restaurants, water parks and the Terra Mitica theme park are all within easy access. Those wanting a quieter holiday can enjoy walking through the lovely countryside with its wealth of wildlife.
L'Alfas del Pi is a town of two halves. The original fortified inland village and the modern coastal suburb known as Albir which has a lovely sandy beach and a fantastic cliff top walk to the lighthouse on Spain’s Costa Blanca between Altea and Benidorm.
Altea, an icon of the Costa Blanca can be spotted from far away thanks to its beautiful blue-and-white tiled church dome peeking out among the glistening white houses. It is just 10 kilometres from Benidorm which is a world apart in terms of architecture and atmosphere, appealing more to people seeking a tranquil holiday amid beautiful scenery. There are two main areas – along the beach and up in the old town. Benidorm has some of the best sandy beaches in the region and plenty of night life. Albir has its own charm with its nice promenade with a pebbled beach
Regular flights to the Costa Blanca, both Alicante and Valencia, depart from most major airports.
