We are a family of 4 and all loved this appartment hotel. The location is absolutely perfect and the staff genuinely lovely and very helpful. When we go next to Altea we'll again stay at this place! ❤️

Location was great. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely balcony at the top of the property. All very clean.
Bathroom was basic, horrible shower curtain that due to the fan going keeps blowing into the shower when you're trying to wash so you end up getting wrapped up in the horrid thing. Not enough coat hangers. Decor overall was basic, but the worst thing was the sofa in the lounge area. Terribly uncomfortable plus we received a text emphasising that under no circumstance were we to open up the sofa bed or we would be fined. Clearly at some point it has been opened and incorrectly put back together so that it is now a terribly uncomfortable upright sofa. I see this is an ongoing issue so disappointing that it hasn't been dealt with.
