De locatie is gewoon top. Je trekt je deur dicht en zit midden in het centrum. De auto kan je gemakkelijk net buiten het oude gedeelte parkeren.

De communicatie verliep soms wat moeilijk omdat het ook via een kantoor gehuurd kan worden. Uiteindelijk was alles wel in orde.

Het appartement zit midden in het centrum van Altea. Als je de deur uitstapt, sta in de winkelstraatjes dichtbij het plein. Ook naar het strand lopen is goed te doen. Ook kun je dichtbij je auto gratis parkeren en goed werkende airco.

Very spacious apartment, very clean with great views and great location

We had a lovely stay in this charming townhouse in the heart of the old town. The location is excellent, right in the centre and within easy walking distance of plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The terrace and rooftop terrace were real highlights, offering stunning views over the town, the church, and the sea. The scenery is especially beautiful in the evening when everything is lit up. We happened to visit during a heatwave, so unfortunately the terraces were too hot to enjoy during the day as there wasn’t any shade. Under normal weather conditions, they would be wonderful places to relax. Both the accommodation and the town are lovely, but it’s worth noting that there are a lot of steps—both inside the townhouse and throughout the old town—so this may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
