Lovely house for a family in good location for access to Altea, Javea, Denia, Valencia, Benidorm, Alicante.Large bedrooms, good outdoor area - comfortable seating, a dining area, 4 sunbeds, pool, gas bbq, and a Koi pond.A car is essential.Rober, the host, was fantastic - kept in touch with us leading up to our arrival and replied to any queries whilst there in quick time.

From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome by out host Rober, he was so friendly and approachable. The villa is in a perfect location the village has some lovely restaurants only 5 mins drive away. The pool and gardens were perfect and villa has air conditioning in all rooms which is definitely needed in the summer ☀️. We will without a doubt be returning and cannot recommend enough you wont be disappointed.

Super quiet area, clean house, outside area is great with terrace in the shade. Aircon in the whole house which is needed. The landlord is very professional and sympathic. Would be perfect if the two old sunbeds are upgraded and an outside shower is needed so it is possible two shower before entering the pool. All in all a great property and a very nice landlord. We will come back. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at this house, with our 2 kids (age 12 & 14). The villa has spacious rooms and even more charme. The pool was heated which was a really pleasant surprise. And we loved the pond with the koi fish. The villa has everything you need, and everything worked. We didn’t have the best weather but we did have a good time! I would highly recommend this villa if you’re searching for a spacious house in this part of Spain with spanish features. Rober is the best host! We will definitely return here when we visit Altea again.

We found the villa well located within a quiet urbanisation, only a 5 minute drive from the village/supermarkets/restaurants/bars. The villa was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from dining at home, bbq ing to laundry. The rear of the property is very private with beautiful mountain views. Fabulous outdoor area with private pool and terrace. The property is a little tired, but, this did not detract from a wonderful, relaxing 6 week stay. We hope to return again soon. Thank you Rober.

I felt very relaxed here straight away. We were made to feel very welcome and given a good tour of the house on the first day. Rober, our host, had arranged a birthday treat for us, as that is why we came away. It was very kind of him! The pool was warm and inviting and everywhere was clean and tidy. The villa was beautiful, and the service from Rober as manager and Pedro as gardener/pool man was excellent. The bedrooms were spacious, and the gardens, pool and sitting areas were a very lovely place to be. We enjoyed watching red squirrels in the pine trees behind the villa. Fantastic kitchen, the whole villa was well arranged, comfortable and peaceful.

Tout d'abord Robert notre hôte est une personne formidable et très dévouée. La villa est tout simplement un avre de paix avec sa superbe piscine et son jardin, ainsi que la terrasse couverte pour se protéger du soleil généreux Espagnol. Équipement super complet comme à la maison. Difficile de faire mieux, le seul regret est qu'il faut quitter cet endroit un jour. Sabrina et Philippe.

Et absolut skønt hus, i rolige private omgivelser, men med by og oplevelser indenfor få kilometer. Vi nød virkelig poolen og samtidig muligheden for at søge skygge i hyggelige omgivelser. Store dejlige værelser og i det hele taget masser af plads. Vi blev både budt velkommen og sendt afsted af en oplagt Rober - tak for det ;) Vi kunne sagtens finde på at komme retur.

Where do you start with this villa, from the first contact with Rober to our departure from the villa I can honestly say there is not one bad thing you can say or have anything to complain about, this villa Is exactly as described on the site. Rober met us at the villa when we arrived and explained everything to us and showed us round the villa and garden. It’s not a very large villa as some villas go but it is very clean and tidy and as far as we were concerned everything you would need is there. The villa has a tv that shows all English programmes in Spanish but at he flick of a button the tv will change the language back to the original language. The garden seating is superb and comfortable and we spent most of the time at the villa sitting here watching the fish in the pond. The pool is a good size and unusually it was heated without extra charge which we were not expecting. All the bedrooms were large with double beds and very comfy with the added bonus of mosquito repellents in all the plugs. I could go on forever praising the villa, host and gardener but the way we compare villas is we ask ourselves would we go back and stay here again and currently there are only a few villas that we would think about revisiting, but this villa received the approval of all our party in that they would quite happily come back to this villa. All that is left for me to say is if your looking for a comfortable, well looked after, quiet villa then this is for you. Thank you Rober and look forward to meeting you again very soon. Texto en francés Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous nous sommes demandés si c’était bien la maison que nous avions réservée. Nous étions émerveillés. La maison est magnifique, très propre et confortable. Nous disposions de toutes les facilités souhaitées en vacances, la piscine tout près de la terrasse, l’air conditionné partout dans la maison et dans toutes les chambres, le barbecue, la belle vue sur la montagne et la tranquillité. Rien ne manquait par rapport à la description. La maison est très bien située, près d’Altea où nous avons découvert de bons restaurants allant du mangé traditionnel bon-marché au restaurant étoilé au bord de la mer, pour ne pas le citer « Felix » dont le prix est, en plus, très abordable ! Outre cela, d’autres activités sont possibles, que ce soit à la montagne ou à la mer. Je recommande Guadalest et les Fonts de l’Algar. De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis par Robert. Le service était vraiment au top ! Nous recommandons certainement cette maison. Texto en neerlandés Toen we aangekomen zijn, vroegen wij ons af of het echt ons huisje was die wij gehuurd hadden. We waren verwonderd ! Het huis is prachtig, heel proper en comfortabel. We beschikten over alle gewenste faciliteiten. Het zwembad stond dicht bij het huis naast een mooi terras, we konden barbucueën. Airconditioning was aanwezig overal in het huis, ook in de kamers. We hadden een prachtige zicht op de bergen en het was lekker rustig. Niets ombrak ten opzichte van de beschrijving. Het huis is zeer goed gelegen, dicht bij Altea waar we leuke restaurantjes hebben ontdekt. Een zekere aanrader is de Felix. Naast dit, zijn er verschillende activeiten mogelijk aan de zee of in de bergen. Guadalest en Fonts de l’Algar zijn zeker de moeite waard. Verder werden we heel goed ontvangen door Robert. Een topservice ! We raden het huis zeker aan.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses dans cette magnifique villa. Située à l’écart d’Altea dans un quartier résidentiel, la maison est au calme et à l’abri des regards. La maison est très bien tenue et très bien équipée. Alarme, climatisation dans toutes les pièces, chaine hifi, accès internet, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle etc… il ne manque rien. Les draps, le linge de table, le linge de toilettes, tout est fourni comme à l’hôtel. La terrasse au bord de la piscine est tellement agréable qu’on y passe tout son temps, y compris les repas. Attention cependant pour les enfants en bas âge, la piscine n’est pas munie de système de sécurité comme c’est obligatoire en France. Nous avons apprécié aussi de pouvoir y emmener le chien et le chat, ce n’est pas le cas dans toutes les locations. Notre hôte Rober est très sympathique et disponible au moindre problème. Sans hésiter nous relouerons cette maison si nous revenons dans la région.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Rober est très sympathique et disponible si besoin. La maison est bien équipée, confortable et bien agencée. Que dire de la cuisine où il ne manque rien ! Toutes les terrasses sont très agréables et la piscine chauffée à été utilisée chaque jour. Les enfants ont apprécié de nourrir les poissons tous les matins. Quelques écureuils nous divertissaient dans les pins voisins lors de nos repas pris en terrasse. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis et le quartier était très calme. Voiture indispensable, surtout si on veut profiter de la plage de sable de Benidorm à 10 minutes par autoroute, 1€70 l'aller. Pour les amateurs de randonnée ou de trail, il y a pas mal de possibilités au départ de la maison. Ça grimpe, mais même les enfants ont apprécié, et le panorama vaut les efforts. La vielle ville d'Altea est très agréable et on y trouve beaucoup de petits commerces et de bons restaurants. Une petite critique tout de même, car on apprend seulement au moment de payer l'existence de frais de ménage obligatoires. Nous aurions pris cette option dans tous les cas donc pas de souci pour bous. 😉� Rober est rapide, efficace, très aimable et ponctuel. Les échanges par mail sont très courtois et les réponses rapides. Nous recommandons très fortement ce loueur et cette maison.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en ésta villa, es bonita, grande, acogedora, tiene unos exteriores y una piscina climatizada preciosos y además cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar para hacer de nuestra estancia unas vacaciones para recordar. Sin duda si volvemos a elegir como destino Altea la Vella (muy recomendable!) no dudaremos en volver a alojarnos en ésta preciosa villa.

Wahou : c'est ce que nous avons dit en arrivant dans cette magnifique villa !!!! Déjà, Rober est un hôte adorable avec lequel la communication fût parfaite avant notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour ! Une bouteille de bienvenue nous attendait et des attentions particulières pour notre petit chien et notre chat !! (1000 mercis pour ça ! ) La villa est parfaite, climatisée à souhait (et c'est tant mieux car il fait très chaud en Espagne les mois d'été ), la cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout le matériel utile, les 2 chambres du rdc sont très grandes et claires, la suite parentale à l'étage, avec ses terrasses, immense : superbe ! Quant à la piscine, un pur régal, chauffée à 29 degré, nous y avons passé nos journées et nos soirées 😊�😊�😊� Je recommande cette magnifique villa, située dans le quartier résidentiel d'Altea la vella, pour le plus grand bonheur de tous : coup de coeur assuré ! Die Beschreibung trift den Nagel auf den Kopf. Das Haus liegt etwa 5min fahrt von Altea la Vella entfernt von Altea ca 15min. Die Austattung ist sehr gut und die Einrichtung im guten Zustand nichts verbraucht oder verlebt. Die Küche ist Top ausgestattet also jegliche Art von Küchengerät vorhanden (vom Waffeleisen/Sandwichmaker bis zur Friteuse). Der Kontakt zum Verwalter ist mehr als angenehm, jede Frage oder Hilferuf wurde gleich beantwortet. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, das erste Haus wo am Ess- oder Terrassentisch mehr Stühle, als Betten im gesamten Haus, sind. Das Haus ist super aussreichend für 3 Paare (6 Erwachsene Personen finden Problemlos platz). Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und liegt am Fusse eines Berges, die fahrt zum Meer dauert ca 10 Minuten. Die Region um Alicante und Valencia ist wunder schön grade durch die vielen Berge. Wir sprechen eine klare Empfehlung für das Objekt aus und würden nochmal Buchen.
