The holiday home Altea was recently renovated (2014). The living room has direct access to the large wrap-around terrace, which offers plenty of space for dining or sunbathing with approx. 136 m2. The master bedroom upstairs has its own balcony, a bathroom en suite and has a wonderful panoramic view of the sea, the bay of Altea and the mountains. The cottage offers a general feeling of comfort and tranquility. An ideal place to spend the whole year holiday in the excellent climate of the Costa Blanca. 300 sunny days a year and a great community pool only for residents guarantee a relaxing holiday.
