Beautiful Seafront 3Bed, 2Bath, wifi, first line in Altea

The apartment was great and clean. The view is spectacular and the location is fantastic. The only thing was, I couldn't get the "International" aspect of the TV to work. Also it would be great to have the electric and Wi-Fi charges clarified on the front page of the advert and not buried in the rental agreement. A small thing but would be nice. Otherwise we all had a fantastic time. All facilities available in the apartment. Nice!

Great location, opposite beach, among bars, restaurants, supermarket, bank, bus and tram service.

The presentation was not of the standard we would have expected -the floor was not clean in the sitting room and the bed linen un-ironed amongst other things - but Jose-Maria was quick to get someone to mend the bedroom shutter. When the renovations are complete, this could be a superb apartment.

Buenos bares y restaurantes

un appartement vraiment spacieux et fasse a la mer vraiment pas grand chose a dire au tope . le seul problème pas beaucoup de vaisselle et nous nous sommes retrouver avec des cafards soi disant le problème a été résolu. l’année prochaine je souhaiterais bien retourner laba mais sans les carfards.

The best is the view and sound of the sea, right from the main bedroom, terrace or living room in Jose Maria's apartment in Altea. It's a magnificent building in front of the sea, where you can walk up to the old town and church in the evenings, next to the local fisherman port where the boats arrive early in the morning with their catch. Very ample space and nice porter and neighbors. Lots to do in Altea and surroundings local towns. The only downside is that the building doesnt have a pool.

Spent a great week in this apartment with my Wife and Sister-in Law. Great location, close to bars and restaurants. Views from the balcony are stunning and the apartment is very nice. Would happily recommend!

It was wonderful August in Altea. We had perfect communication with Jose before and after our visit. The apartment is totally in line with description and photos. The same with initially agreed conditions. Apartments are really very quiet 24 hours – very important for a family with small children. Also it is very breezy – we didn’t have any issues with a temperature inside within all August. But it works only when all the doors are open … Sea view is something amazing … you can even meet sunrise from the balcony at 7.30 Beds are comfortable to sleep and towels are of good quality and more then enough for 4 people. For some people it might be not really comfortable with a gas stove – for us it was OK. Everything was inside for a cooking. Nearest supermarket is about 5 min to walk! The only real issue for a family is an absence of dishwasher, but it is a question of habit and not so critical. The apartment is great value/price offer and Altea is a beautiful town. Many thanks to Jose for swimming staff.

My daughter and I stayed for one month at this fabulous sea-side apartment. The place was spacious, clean, with a great view and ocean breezes. The kitchen was well-stocked as well. We were able to explore the beach (right in front of the apartment), the old town of Altea, the many fine restaurants, and nearby places such as Albir, Benidorm, and Denia. There's a supermarket and ATM within a couple of blocks as well.

Tuvimos unas vacaciones muy buenas en el apartamento de Altea de Jose Maria. Tenia todo lo que necesitamos para pasar dos semanas. Cocina grande, dos banos, salon con unas vistas inmejorables al mar donde podiamos ver la playa delante de nosotros y los ninos que estaban jugando abajo. El apartamento no tiene aire acondicionado pero hay una brisa muy buena. El dormitorio principal tiene un ventanal a la terraza y se ve el mar desde el mismo. Fantasticas vacaciones.

De foto's op de website zagen er prima uit. In werkelijkheid viel het tegen. De ramen van de serre waren erg vies, bank en tafel waren kapot/versleten en de toiletten spoelden niet goed door. De eigenaar heeft ons geprobeerd om nog extra geld te laten betalen omdat er iets kapot zou zijn aan de koelkast. Op de foto viel niks te zien. Kortom een slechte ervaring

Toplocatie, ruim appartement, maar kan wel wat opfrissing gebruiken. Salontafel en zetel versleten, verouderde badkamer. Na een laagje verf en enkele nieuwe meubels is dit een topper. Vriendelijk onthaal en heel goede communicatie met de eigenaars en Esteban van het onthaal.

Heerlijk genoten van het grote appartement. Nieuwe keuken. Het fijne was dat ze heel flexibel waren met in-en uitchecken. Top lokatie!!!

El apartamento es muy grande. Tres habitaciones, un aseo (tenía una ducha, pero muy pequeña) una de las habitaciones con cuarto de baño (grande) y vistas al mar. Un salón bastante grande y equipado con lo necesario. Y una terraza grande con unas vistas bastante bonitas a la playa. Es un piso antiguo con alguna reforma hecha. Parar pasar una semana esta genial. Si vuelvo a Altea, la verdad que no dudaría en volver a cogerle.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en Altea por la.comododad de la vivienda. La vista del mar desde la casa y la cercanía a la plaza. Supermercado, pescaderia, restaurantes. A pesar de ser una calle muy transitada no hemos tenido ruidos y hemos podido aparcar después de nuestros desplazamientos y excursiones. Una casa amplia y cómoda para disfrutar de unos días en compañía de familia o amigos Gracias

El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotografías. Se oía el mar y corría brisa durante todo el día. Ubicado cerca de todo pero muy tranquilo para descansar. La limpieza regular pero José María ya ha cambiado de empresa y se iba a solucionar. Ha estado pendiente y hemos disfrutado un montón. Volveremos.

Nous avons été dupé. Appartement en très mauvais état. Il n'a que la vue pour lui. Des cles rouillé des bouteilles de gaz de partout linge de lit unique pas de change, placards sal et vous y trouverez des clim ou chauffage ou aspirateurs.canapé délavé et degoutant, et les sanitaires bouché tout le long du séjour donc l'eau qui stagne, lorsque le gardien est passé voir il m'a dit que sa necessite une intervention du plombier mais il n'est jamais venu. Nous avons passé 4 jours à se lever avec de l'eau froide (bébés et enfants étaient avec nous) le gestionnaire ne repondait pas, puis en contactant le propriétaire le gardien vient nous changer la bonbonne de gaz. A ce propos vous serez épié par le gardien, vous ne devez faire un bruit ni même rentré directement de la plage, il faut respecter une bonne liste de règles communes autre que la généralité. Vous ne pouvez-même pour des enfants- remonté torse nu de la plage qui se trouve en bas. Gare à vous si vous avez un peu de sable où une algue qui traine, le gardien vous le fera savoir des le premier jour. En gros vous ne vous sentirez jamais à l'aise. D'autres details sont venu pourrir ce séjour catastrophique (kit de nettoyage cassé donc nous n'avons pas pu nettoyer l'appartement comme on le souhaité lors de notre séjour. Et surprise Finale, vous receverez une facture aditionnelle en fin de séjour !!!!le propriétaire est très culotté ! Il a osé nous facturer de l'eau, du wifi, de l'électricité (attention pour 8 personnes c'est tres réduit, vu qu'on passe notre temps a la mer et qu'on a pas branché les clim, on a just allumé les lumières et chargé des téléphones !) Et même des FRAIS DE NETTOYAGE! CULOTTÉ vraiment. Il dit que nous avons pas descendu les poubelles alors que si, nous avons fait la vaisselle et même lavé les serviette mais pas le sol, nous allions certainement pas vous racheté un seau de nettoyage. En finale, hôte radin, qui croyez moi ne depense rien sur sa propriété vu que vous payez l'électricité, l'eau, le wifi et meme le ménage finale, oubliez les photos que vous voyez, tout est désuet et vieux, il faut vraiment pas être regardant pour passer un moyen séjour. Fuyez c'est mon seul conseil, il y a beaucoup de logement dans la meme rue avec un tout autre standing et au même tarif, voir moins cher.

Muy bonita la vista, primera línea de playa, el edificio y el piso un poco viejo, los baños limpios pero antiguos sin papel de repuesto, habitaciones limpias pero la ropa de cama un poco descuidada, la cocina equipada con todo y limpia, tiene una biblioteca con libros muy buenos y el mobiliario en general usado y con detalles, asumimos la exposición a las sales Del Mar. Nos dieron varios juegos de llaves lo cual está muy bien, recomamos colocar nuevas fotos del piso puesto que no como se muestra en las fotos, sobre todo en la decoración, en general por el Precio y la vista es un piso aceptable para pasar unos días en Altea, agregando las recomendaciones dadas sería sin duda un piso fantástico.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Altea. Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt großzügig an Räumlichkeit. Direkte Strandlage gibt hier eine herrliche Aussicht. Einrichtung ist nicht in Topform, aber für denjenigen wie ich, die sich nicht über alles aufregen, gut genug. Die Bettwäsche bei unser Check in waren nicht gewaschen, aber ich bin mir sicher diese war aus versehen, aber Waschmaschine zum Waschen ist vorhanden und Funktioniert prima. Küche gibt alles her was man braucht, Topfe, Pfannen und Geschirr, ist alles vorhanden Die Betten bekommen in Sachen Komfort nicht die Top Note, aber so schlecht waren sie auch nicht, daher keine Grund zum Beschweren. 1x WC + Dusche und 1x WC+ Badewanne. Design im Bad ist ziemlich alt aber da ich die Wohnung nicht kaufen wollte und alles funktionierte, war’s für mich alles OK. Die Nachbarn im Haus alle super nett, wie man die Spanier kennt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und shops im unmittelbaren Nähe. Im großen und ganzen, für sehr empfindliche Leute „VIELLEICHT“ nicht zu empfehlen, für mich war alles OK, ich werde wieder da Buchen und wohnen wollen. Ich freue mich schon auf meine nächstes Besuch. Spacious apartment in a perfect situation in this beautiful town of Altea

Dit appartement met fraai uitzicht op zee vanaf breed balkon is ons goed bevallen. Inrichting was prima in orde . Functioneel . Daar houden wij van. De nieuwe keuken was voorzien van goed keukengerei. Schoon opgeleverd & prettige conciërge op begane grond. Allerlei uitstapjes te voet of met auto gemaakt in prachtige omgeving.

We are pleased with the location, the standard and with a well-equipped kitchen. Quiet area and close to restaurants, supermarket and boardwalks. Good access to hiking trails and a few minutes to the train-station. Very well arranged with transfer from the airport. We will be happy to return. Bibbi & Lennart

Nous avons séjourné du 21 juillet au 11 août 2018. Appartement très bien situé à proximité de tout; tramway et bus juste derrière l’appartement. tramway et bus qui desservent Albir, Benidorm, Calpe, Alicante, Denia ... seulement pour 2,30€ aller retour. Nous avons pu nous déplacer sans aucun problème sans véhicules. Commerces, restaurants à proximité. Gendarmerie, pharmacie, supérettes, boutiques, salle de gym à proximité. Coin super agréable, calme sans problème bien sécurisé. Mr José était très compréhensif, et disponible. A notre demande pour changer les draps il nous en a acheter des nouveaux. Il y a tout les objets ménagers nécessaires : machine à laver, ustensiles de cuisine, produits et matériel ménagers, vaisselles complètes etc .. et aussi des parasols, chaises longues, serviettes de plages et ventilateurs pour chaque chambre. Seul problème le frigo ne marchait pas bien, il ne refroidissait pas assez. belle vue face à la mer, terrasse spacieuse, salon aussi. Appartement propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La situación del apartamento ideal. La limpieza solo regular, tuvimos que lavar las sabanas nada mas llegar. La comunicación con la agente de la inmobiliaria mal, la reclamamos un problema que tuvimos, nos dijo que se pondria en contacto con el dueño y nos volvimos a casa sin ninguna contestación siquiera. Recomendaria a algun amigo la estancia por su situación.
