Luxe vakantieappartement aan de jachthaven van Altea met frontaal zeezicht

Great location, comfortable apartment and great communication.

Lovely spacious, clean apartment with wonderful 180 degree views directly over the marina, and up and down the coast, with the rock at Calpe looming dramatically in the distance. Photos on the website barely do the views justice - it is hard to capture a perfect photo as there is so much going on. Lovely balcony to sit a while for breakfast and in the evenings in particular, when the sun has moved around the building. Very hot when we visited, the aircon was very efficient and cooled down perfectly when needed. Great to have two bathrooms. Very quiet at night time. Road at the front very quiet too, very few cars, mainly joggers and cyclists on the great cycle path. Great kitchen facilities - actually stayed and ate in one night as the balcony views were so good. Walk into town very nice, about 15 minutes on the flat straight onto and along the lovely promenade, then another 10 or so up the steep hill into the old town. Dozens of restaurants along the promenade for anyone who doesn’t like hills. Beach only minutes away - very clean, but very stony beach, but this seems to mean it stays fairly quiet, it was almost empty at times, even in July. Easy private parking too, in the secured car park area at the back of the building, easy to get in and out of town for day trips. I spent ages trying to choose accommodation in Altea - in the old town, or this apartment. This apartment proved to be the perfect choice.

Goede ligging en goed verzorgd en goede communicatie. Ruim appartement waar àlles aanwezig was. Lekker bed! en douche 🧼

Veel haven geluiden omdat ze de schepen aan het schoonmaken waren. Dat was prima maar de hele dag een waarschuwingspiep van de kraan was soms irritant . Gehorigheid tussen de appartementen hoort er in Spanje helaas ook bij 😉
