Studio stay

The suite was large, clean, huge comfy bed and large bathroom. Facilities on-site looked good although it was January so pool not open. Location good for us as we like to walk. Good little shop on-site and all the staff we met were friendly.

Nothing to dislike. Location is a 15 minute walk away from main resort and beach but not a problem for most people.

Good place for a short stay

The accommodation was good, clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. The shop on site was well equipped.

The pool didn't have any chairs or sitting areas. The camping pod was a bit small for a family of 5. The village is located a good half an hour walk from the centre and the beach, which was too much for young ones to walk to every day.

We only stayed 1 night , my mother who was 90 had a fall in airport and it wasn’t the place to take her when we went to the hospital to see if my mother was ok just incase she mite have broken something but after all that we stayed in a hotel we asked the boss for a refund and said no I was very disappointed and they day we left my husband back home went to hospital with a heart attack which we had to come state back home so the holiday was a nightmare from the very start but I am going to take this up with the manager but I have had no time at this moment we lost over £1000 which is a lot of money

To much of a hill we had food in restaurant and my mother who’s 90 had to clime over 15 steps

Television out of date the sound was very poor. Also needs to be a smart tele so clients can watch their choice of programs It would help self catering people if the place had a small micro wave to heat food And a mirror in the lounge would be good but All in all. The room is good and ok for two people Thank you

the site has everything that you need. pool is beautiful and clean. bar has good food and prices are competitive. Benidorm is about 10 min walk away and it’s all flat. staff were really friendly and helpful.

the only downfall was the walls are thin in the suites and we had some guests arrive early in the morning so there was a lot of banging and loud talking which woke us up.

Very clean accom and great site

I have been on the site before 2004 and have notice a few changes since I was there . The pool area is very clean and has a stunning pool . There were works going on to improve the site when I was there and the restaurant was closed when I went to get a breakfast ,I was informed about the work before I arrived but I had forgot lol. I was in a 2 bet bungalow which was more than adequate for my needs and very comfy and clean with free tv great kitchen not that I used it and an excellent shower. would deffo use again

3 days lost only due to staff at site rest of our stay was ok

Put into wrong Accommodations by u telling me there was only 2 rooms left on site, which was nonsense we were party of 4 and were mile apart , first room was not for single couples,had to wait 3 days and £70 to get what we wanted , also l inquired about work getting done on site u told me it’s was minimum , again nonsense, building site , staff got us room beside our friends at cost of £70 3 days lost due to booking.com just wanting to sell room , also try to contact u no reply, will not use booking . Com again

My kids loved it. Great pool. Lots of activities going on with the little ones. Entertainment all day and in the evenings too. Good food, not too expensive.

Nice accommodation but bad food

The camping area was really quiet. Most noises stopped between 11 pm and midnight. The rooms in the "resort" houses were new, clean and well equipped. Towels and bed linen were included without any extra cost. The area surrounding the houses was well maintained. Check-in was swift. We were half an hour earlier but it wasn't a problem. Big "restaurant". I recommend a steakhouse in Benidorm called "Mu". Very good experience. I recommend visiting El Castell de Guadalest to see the ruins and Altea if you don't like crowded beaches and bad food. In Altea, it is also easy to park. Aqualandia was nice for kids. And Mundomar exceeded our expectations. The show with dolphins was pretty entertaining.

The restaurant was more on the budget side. It was more like a basic fast-food. Sometimes kitchen was closed later in the afternoon. This camping is located in Benidorm which I had not idea about when doing the booking. :-) The town is badly maintained, there's a lot of "skyscrapers" and small, ugly looking bars. Not to my taste. It was very difficult to find a parking spot. Perhaps early in the morning you can do it. There is easier to park near Playa de Finestrat; only this beach is small and crowded. :-) To walk to one of the crowded beaches or to a restaurant in the town is difficult; count some 30 minutes at least. And it is hot. And not much shade. There is no Uber. But you can take a cab.

Nice place but without voice isolation it is loosing all its value

The rooms doesn’t have any single voice isolation. Whatever happens around you can hear everything even if people whisper (!) our 2 nights become a nightmare cause of the couple staying next door. Beside that everything is perfect, restaurant, rooms all clean and staff was amazing.
