Prime location in The Firmont, Sea Point

I found the pillows uncomfortable. Needed a proper table and mirror to dry my hair. Hairdryer didn't work properly.

The WiFi wasn't working

Had a nice kitchen. It included all desired appliances including an airfryer. Chopping boards/pots/pans lots of mugs/glasses, salt & pepper. Can't remember if they had cooking oils etc though... Premises & apartment seemed new. Kept very well brushed and cleaned. Beds were nice, very spacious living area. Walking distance to everything in seapoint easily. The building has 5 floors, with an elevator next to reception. They always have someone on the desk to buzz guests in from the street. Each double bedroom had their own bathroom, though one was next door and not a perfect ensuite. One bedroom considerable nicer than the other. Good amount of body gel & shampoo provided. The host was nice, considerate and responsive while we were staying. Reliable stay. Solid for the £96 per night or so.

No mirrors at all in the bedrooms. So when you and your roommate are getting ready in the morning - you both have to share the bathroom mirror or take turns. Wastes time and not pratical, plenty of space for a full bedroom mirror. No plug sockets in the bathroom, and no extension cable from the bedroom, meaning you can't use the hairdryer, plugged trimmers, hair straighteners etc in the bathroom... No clothes washing machine. Broken toasty machine in the cupboard. No A/C, just room fans (seems super common)

The flat was clean and attractively setout

The flat was very noise and the complex was noise, the showers had virtually no water pressure and the windows do not have blockout windows.
