The place was secure, clean and with modern finishing. Close to restaurants and the ocean.
Just minor stuff. Beds are not for tall people.

This apartment was a massive surprise. It looks unassuming, but once you're in the apartment you start to realise what a lovely place it is. Ample space in the kitchen and living area. A huge balcony that can be accessed from the living area and the bedroom. Comfy bed, massive shower and secure parking. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and the location is great.
It's a bit awkward to access the apartment by foot from the outside, but I understand that it's due to safety.
