Location - close to everything! Short walk to the beach, supermarket, shops, food outlets, massage therapists, gym. Building is still new. Everything is still in an excellent condition. The securities at the building reception are kind. The unit itself is amazing. Very clean. Great use of space! Well furnished! More plugs than you’ll ever need! All you could need is available, including a washing machine. The view from the unit is glorious, especially watching the sun rise. We had a perfect stay.

Our stay at Modern Sea Point Studio with Amazing Views was truly exceptional and made our time in Cape Town unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, safe, and very welcoming. The apartment is located on the third floor, and from the ground floor, where the reception is, two elevators lead directly to the studio, which is very convenient when you have luggage or shopping. The building itself is very well maintained and has a friendly, secure atmosphere. The reception is staffed by extremely kind and helpful porters who are always ready with a smile, directions, or tips about the area. We really appreciated their attention every time we entered or left the building, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The studio is cosy, stylish, and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay. The layout is well thought out: a comfortable bed, a practical kitchenette, and enough storage space for your belongings. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival, and small details such as good lighting, quality kitchen equipment, and reliable Wi‑Fi made a big difference to our everyday comfort. Very quickly, it felt like a second home. One of the biggest highlights is the balcony with an amazing view of the mountain from which paragliders take off. There are moments when four paragliders are in the sky at the same time, soaring above the city and disappearing into the clouds over Cape Town – this view is truly impressive and gives the place a unique atmosphere. We loved having breakfast and evening drinks there, enjoying this unforgettable scenery. On the top floor of the building there is also a small pool on the sunny rooftop, which is a fantastic spot to relax, cool down, and admire even more beautiful panoramas of the city. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish. They are extremely friendly, respond quickly, and genuinely care about their guests.

Location is perfect on the Main Road in Sea Point. You can see the paragliders over the hills from the balcony. A pristine apartment close to ebach shops and restaurants.

Nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom.
