702 The Flamingo Spectacular 1 Bedroom

Unit was very peaceful Very quiet Lovely oceans view, promenade less than 300m away Very close to restaurants and supermarkets Easy access for ehailing Security guards very friendly The unit - although small, the 1 bed unit was very lovely, definitely enough for single traveler at most a couple. Kitchen - very well kitted, dishwashing liquid would have been a nice touch North facing, so beautiful sunshine throughout the day

Unit is probably due a touch up, - bathroom rails are hanging off, needs to be rescrewed - door handle fixings also coming off - bedroom and bathroom doors - floors tiles - not sure if it was just poor cleaning or possibly old stained tiles - the bed needs a new base - the wodden base is old a creaky, it was creaking before I even sat on it, worse when I tried to sleep

Very small and compact but had everything we needed. Lovely view of sea. Didn’t spend much time there so it was more of a base for us

Needs a serious upgrade particularly in terms of decor. No housekeeping.
