There is no safe in the apartments. This can be fixed at a very low cost for a small safe It is concerning as there is no secure place to keep passports, cash or important documents

very limited kitchen utensils, condensation water from cooking collects on every upper cabinet / doesn‘t disperse

It was our second stay at the premises and the fact that we decided to return says a lot. The accomodation is spacious with a great balcony. It has all the facilities and equipment needed for self-catering. With that said it is well positioned in Sea Point with regard to proximity to restaurants and lovely walks on the promenade. Good Wifi and the building has secure parking - a great bonus

Carpet is looking a bit worn but no real aspects that are negative - would go back again.

Bed was small, Microwave was broken Mould in the bathroom and sour smell that would not pass Neighbours were constantly trying to open our doors and pretended the had the wrong room.
