The staff could be more welcoming and with positive attitude. The people at the reception did not look motivated and willing to do the job. It a little bit ran counter the experience I have had throughout hotels in SA where people meet you with a smile and always ready to help. Otherwise, it seems a lot was invested in the property, modern fixtures and very well-designed apartments to make the experience comfy and pleasurable. .

High quality interior and the location was amazing. Plenty parking and the balcony was good. Very spacious flat.
- not enough towels although they did let us swap in between the stay - only one key is handed to you on check-in for two people and not everyone gets a remote for the car gate apperently - I had to almost argue to get one. Cape Town ist too dangerous to wait for staff to open the gate - as they’re not always present and not always paying attention. - there was a cleaning service but we had absolutely no notice of it so my parents were already gone for the day when they asked to leave the key at reception - the builders shop downstairs is quite loud from 6am

Only WiFi in Lounge area not in Bedroom, No aircon in bedroom, layout of apartment could have been better (Why is lobby area so big and bathroom so small?) No hooks on doors - area outside could be cleaner
