The location was excellent for visiting the university and the old town.
Being in the university precinct it was extremely noisy until about 2 in the morning. It was exam time and we thought the students living in the area would study rather than socializing!
The bathrooms could do with some upgrades.

Appartement spacieux et bien situé. Facile d'accès. Place de parking gratuit devant le logement.

El lloc molt cèntric, la terrassa molt bé, el mobiliari, la TV... tot molt bé.
Tot molt bé però clarament falta inversió. Fa 10 anys potser estava perfecte però tot havia perdut. La cuina necessita reformes urgents. Hi havia una petita fuita de gas, el rentaplats no tancava bé (tocava amb la fusta de la porta de l'armari), la caldera no tenia pressió. Un pom del la porta del lavabo queia. Faltava estar-hi a sobre, res difícil de millorar amb una mica d'atenció i inversió.
