Very convenient location. Very clean with comfortable large sofa and bed. Pretty much everything you need for a short stay.

Very loud at night but earplugs helped. Tea kettle not working. The layout is strange— huge bedroom with lots of wasted space and then a very small bathroom and very very small kitchen.

Excellent location, this apartment is in a gorgeous laneway, very close to restaurants and cafes in the old city walls. The location is near the Barbican Gate and close to the main tourism areas in Coimbra. The apartment was well-appointed and comfortable. It felt like it was recently renovated and presented well. There was air-conditioning in the bedroom, and there was plenty of natural light through the day.

The location was a little tricky to navigate with luggage, as cars cannot come down the laneway, so it's a short downhill walk to the entrance of the property. Once inside, the apartment is up a set of stairs. There was extra bedding (duvet and pillow) for the sofa bed, but no bottom sheet to lay on. The washing machine is a shared one, accessed from a laundry room next to our apartment.

L'emplacement sur une des rues pietinnes de l'ancienne ville, classee patrimiine UNESCO. La patronne etait presente dans son petit magasin dans la cour.. La literie etait patfaite. Coimbra a de quoi seduire le voyager : anciene cathedrale, Universite de 1290, Fado., et la riviere, bien sur. Dans les petites ruesvdu centre le parking reste possible

The location is premium The mattress convenient even though it is a murphy bed Bathroom is also convenient. We loved the big windows and the complimentary wine. The owner was very nice!

I stayed for long and I did not find it convenient that there is no cleaning service for the rooms, guests can only get bedding to change themselves and clean the rooms. It was very noisy with guests coming late and speak very loydly. A guests with a barking dog, and a kid playing in the corridor. The worst was the housekeeping clean during the siesta time with vaccumes and chat very loudly. It is a great place but not for people who go to coimbra for relaxation. The pillows were too soft and no room for clothes. Just a small rack!
