Host was very helpful, responsive and personable. The rooms were very nice, plenty of seating for 4. Full Kitchen and supplies. The front rooms overlook the river. Easy walk down to the centre of Coimbra. Nice welcoming package with maps and recommendations.
There is street parking, but very limited. Also there is no lift. We were lucky to be on the 1st floor, so it wasn't so bad. The front rooms face the street and sound carries in, so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Also, this BNB is on a hillside - halfway between town centre and the University.

Great location and fantastic view over the river. The bottle of wine and snacks provided on arrival were appreciated. Very well appointed and lovely decor. Excellent communication with owner.
