Pulizia, cura dei particolari, condizioni eccellenti dei sanitari e dell'arredamento. Ampia scelta per la colazione con un'ottima miscela per il caffè. Disponibilità di Wifi e smart TV. Posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi il Policlinico in circa 10 minuti.
Leggero odore di umidità, seppur mitigato da un deumidificatore in cucina e da deodoranti ambientali. Qualche rumore notturno proveniente dal piano superiore e dalla strada. Di sera i giardinetti pubblici adiacenti sono malfrequentati. Parcheggio auto libero nei paraggi ma in zona non particolarmente sicura.
