Helpful and friendly host, very clean room and lots of drinks/sancks.

The location was perfect for our needs , the breakfast was excellent plenty of options, also drink options / snack options. The host was very friendly and helpful. Even when we had to change check in times due to cancelled flights. Very very clean room.

Beautiful stay

good located beautiful apartment with everything you need , very clean and nice decoration , i would highly recommend your stay at this nice place . owners are very good to reach and easy communication with them . There is a park close to the apartment ,nice restaurants with local products and easy to reach the train station.

nothing to declare ,everything was perfect , it might be for some tedious the 3 floor stairs , but for me was a nice sport to do.

Fantastic apartment

This is a fantastic apartment. It was clean, well equipped and in a great location. The staff are friendly and respond quickly to messages. You can walk (25mins) to San Donato and get the metro into Milan very easily.

This wasn't a problem for us, but if you don't like stairs or have mobility issues this isn't the place for you as the room is up several flights of stairs.

Very nice, cosy and clean room.

Very friendly family-run place, room is slightly small but not a problem if you are planning on being out for most of the time anyway. Very nicely decorated and also clean.

Price slightly high, but that could also be due to me booking at short notice.

Room with SHARED BATHROOM

I stayed in a twin room, which was clean and it had a lot of light.

I only found out about the shared bathroom when I arrived at the location. Actually, during the booking process, no information was given about the bathroom. When I arrived and I asked about the private bathroom, the guy told me that because of the booking.com platform he could not put the information. I paid 90 euros per night, which for a room with a shared bathroom is excessive, in my opinion. I got mislead by the fact that it was not written. I think booking.com should oblige them to clearly state ''twin room with a shared bathroom''. The apartment is very small, two small rooms and a small hallway, where there is a small fridge and a coffee machine. So basically when somebody goes to the bathroom you hear everything. Not very good when you just want to sleep.

Comodo per una notte a San Donato

Sono stato accolto in maniera cordiale dalla proprietaria, che è stata molto cortese e disponibile, sempre molto educata. Il check in si è svolto senza problemi. L'alloggio era pulito e ben tenuto, abbastanza nuovo. Vengono forniti vari alimenti confezionati per prepararsi la colazione od una tisana serale. C'è anche un piccolo frigorifero. Facile da raggiungere dalla stazione Rogoredo, tramite metro (scendere a San Donato) + autobus.

In generale la permanenza è andata bene, ho solo un paio di suggerimenti per migliorare. Si potrebbe fornire un rotolo di carta assorbente da cucina e, per la colazione, la persona che era con me ha un po' patito la mancanza del latte. L'alloggio non è molto grande, quindi se si va in due bisogna essere affiatati e bravi a condividere lo spazio. Ci sono alcune rampe di scale da fare, il che potrebbe essere un problema per chi ha bagagli pesanti o voluminosi.

Hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw Kamer was perfect en gezellig ingericht.

Het is helemaal op bovenste verdieping en er is geen lift aanwezig. Ontbijt hadden we wel meer van verwacht

Le petit déjeuner : très basique, produit industriel, pas de pain ni de charcuterie. 4 ème étage sans ascenseur. Pas de lit matrimonial sans doute par manque de place.

Delizioso, ci è piaciuto.

La struttura era veramente deliziosa, profumata, curata, pulitissima. C’era tutto l’occorrente. Abbiamo adorato anche la formula della colazione, tante piccole proposte (tra biscotti, marmellate, merende), ci sono anche venuto incontro per il mio compagno celiaco. Davvero entusiasti.

Peccato per i letti separati, ma mi rendo conto che lo spazio è quello che è, ed è stato sfruttato al massimo.
