I would recomand only if you can book the whole appartment.

- Responsiveness and kindness of the owner - apartment very clean

- Shared apartment with rooms very close together. - Super noisy, you can hear everything from the other rooms. you will be waked up every time someone will come home, even if they are very careful and whisper. In our case we have been waked up at 4 AM and 6 AM. - All the Bathrooms are outside the rooms with key difficult and noisy to use, especially in the middle of the night - Not possible to regulate the temperature of the room (central heating). Our room was significantly overheated. The radiator valve was missing and we could not close it. We had to open the window in the middle of the night - General Light switch is outside the room. Only one side of the bed has a bedside lamp and the power sockets.

The big room with the balcony.

The small bathroom and rooms being too close together. You could hear people in the other room and they could hear us.

A lovely apartment

The entire apartment was stunning. The decor was beautiful, and the verandas were lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were able to park directly in front of the apartment building and it was easy to find the payment box for the parking. The area was well-lit and we walked a short distance to a restaurant for a delicious dinner.

I booked two bedrooms and two bathrooms for five adults.. We all had to shower in one bathroom because the layout of the second bathroom by the kitchen made it practically impossible for an adult to get into the shower. Each bedroom had a key, and each bathroom had a separate key; all rooms were accessed through a commons area. This worked out okay, but it was disconcerting to have strangers in the third bedroom. It may be that this is a common practice in Europe, but it was new to us.

The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and room well equipped. The owner responded quickly to our messages and was very kind - we forgot some things in the apartment and managed to get them back.

Great value for money

The apartment was comfortable and spacious with access to a dining table and a balcony. Shower room next door for exclusive use. Really good shower. The area was quiet and plenty of restaurants available. Short walk from main line railway station. Very good value for money.

Very little not to like. There was another couple staying in a room across the corridor but we never saw them snd they had their own shower room.

We had a problem with hot water and I would have liked to iron some clothes and the screen on the window was hard to work so bit by mosquitoes!

We have a excellent friendly staff and so helpful, cleanliness is ok for me.

There’s no breakfast included on it, that I thought it was. When you say bed and breakfast ,we think of That the breakfast is included.

That I thought we’re the only one on that flat, everything is quite ok but it’s quite sometimes disturbing us and others when we usually going to the toilets because of the keys it makes a bit noise and we think we don’t want to disturb others while sleeping. I suggest hopefully the toilets are inside the rooms.

L’entrée libre est pratique et bien expliquée par l’hôte. Joliment décoré.

Il aurait été préférable d’être clairement informé de la disposition des locaux. En effet, afin de rejoindre votre cuisine et votre salle de bain, il est nécessaire de traverser un couloir commun. Vous passez votre temps à fermer à clef la pièce que vous venez de quitter pour en ouvrir une autre. Aucune table n’est privée, le repas doit se faire dans une salle commune. La salle de bain est mal agencée, c’est un couloir où 2 personnes ne peuvent pas se croiser. La douche ferme mal. La cafetière fuit. Attention au nom du logement « bed and breakfast », le breakfast n’est pas inclus malgré une petite attention pour les « Olympic guest ». Tout ça est vraiment dommage surtout au vu du prix : 267€/1 nuit / 1 chambre.

Il B&B non era sufficientemente pulito. Ci hanno ci hanno lasciato 4 capsule per il caffè, per 3 notti e 4 persone. Inoltre la scarsa comunicazione con la proprietaria, che non è stata sufficientemente chiara riguardo le procedure di self check-in e apertura del portone principale, ci portano a valutare negativamente l’esperienza e a non raccomandarla oltre.

La proprietaria ci ha dato indicazioni poco chiare sul self check-in, lasciandoci sotto la pioggia di sera per oltre un’ora. Inoltre ha lasciato 4 capsule per 4 persone e 3 “colazioni”. Anche la pulizia lasciava a desiderare, “pulito a stento” lo definirei.

nessuna colazione , solo una capsula caffè. la posizione è buona per i mezzi vicini.

locale angusto per 3 persone (13-14 mq) , il bagno era esterno alla stanza e l annuncio non lo specificava , il lavandino a muro lesionato a rischio crollo che perde acqua dal sifone , assenza di bidet, bagno senza finestra e senza aspiratore. Nel letto c era solo il lenzuolo copri materasso . Frigo bar di dimensioni infime vi entra non piu di una bottiglietta d acqua da 500ml.- Per fortuna è inverno in quanto il condizionatore presente è in condizioni igieniche scadenti.

Minusem to aby wejść na klatkę schodową pierwszy raz trzeba zadzwonić pod podany numer aby drzwi się otworzyły ( kłopot miałem taki że mam telefon na kartę i nie mogłem dzwonić pod nr podany przez właściciela ) musiałem prosić kogoś obcego aby zadzwonił Drugi minus to balkon nie wyglada tak czysto jak na zdjęciach Ale największy minus to malutka łazienka do której trzeba przejść przez kuchnie , nie było o tym w oposie pokoju . Minusem jest też głośne zamki jak ktoś otwiera drzwi jak i że wszystko słychać w pokoju Malutka lodówka w pokoju

Vicino al Policlinico di San Donato in zona tranquilla.

Le porte delle camere sono dotate di chiavi che risultano rumorose in fase di chiusura e apertura così come anche quelle dei bagni di ciascuna camera. Durante la notte chi ha sonno leggero come me viene svegliato di sicuro. Nel bagno della nostra camera a cui si accede uscendo dalla stanza non c erano prese elettriche se non una quasi a pavimento (inutile). Assenti porta abiti/asciugamani in bagno. Non sai dove appoggiare l'occorrente per lavarsi ed asciugarsi. Nel complesso abbastanza accettabile.

Bagno inusabile troppo stretto e si deve passare per la cucina e guarda caso in quel momento degli indiani stavano cucinando. Non c é privacy Aspiratore del bagno letteralmente invaso Dalla polvere come nella foto. La TV non funzionava, nessuna spiegazione come attivare il digitale terrestre o altro. Assurdo
