Great room spacious with balcony.

Not good location if you want to be in central Milan. Bathroom had sheer curtain- unusual. Internet was not great.

The Hotel Santa Barbara in Milan offered a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the bed and bathroom were very well-maintained. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast, and its convenient metro access made it easy to reach the central city and the Duomo

Spacious family room with A/C (took a bit of time to figure out how to use it). Very nice buffet breakfast available.

I loved the mattress and slept very well- partner found it too firm. Can’t please everyone ;)

I was there for business, and the hotel is conveniently close to the offices. The check-in was quick, the employees were kind, the breakfast was full of choices (bacon and eggs, fruit, yogurt, muesli and cereal, ham and cheese, croissants, etc.). In general the hotel and the room were pretty nice.

Good stay in Milan

It is a good hotel, high attention to detail and rooms are simply very good and large. Kids really liked it. Great facilities. Very friendly and caring staff at the reception - def big compliment. Good breakfast with lots of variety too.

Location is a bit somewhat remote, but def not a problem with a car - you can park it at the San Donato metro station which is reasonably priced (eur 1.5 for 5 hours) and visit any spot you want in Milan.

Hotel Santa Barbara is outstandingly good. I stayed there with my family on 29/12/2022 in a one bedroom apartment and we felt very comfortable. Room is large and comfy, with 2 smart tv and a large private balcony. The hotel staff is impeccably mannered, polite, professional and last but not least well dressed just as you'd expect in Milan :) There is a secure, spacious, gated parking lot in the backyard. Surrounding area San Donato is newly developed with modern residential and business buildings, very safe and pieceful. M3 San Donato is 15 minutes on foot away and takes you to Il Doumo directly in 25 minutes. Within 10 minutes on foot there is a large discount supermarket Essalunga and a cosy trattoria Nonna Emilia. Eni gas station across the street. Breakfast was rich in sweet pastries and fruit and very tasty. Outstanding value for the money! Highly recommended for family and business travelers alike!

Unfortunately no cheese at breakfast. This is my only remark because I personally love cheese so much. Un jour sans fromage est come un jour sans soleil ! :) Perhaps this has been occasional though, I don't know :)

No client service, made a request for a change and didn't get a feedback till asking again 5 days later only to inform me that they won't change it. You could have answered me in the first 48 h at least so that I can find another solution. Thats the timeline that someone can expect from a hotel.

Big and well equipped rooms and spaces, which are well thought out.

The personnel could be friendlier.) Most of the rooms had an old smell of cigarette smoke, that stayed throughout the stay. (As we were with children, this was a bit sensitive).
