Address could not be found, nobody answered the phone, need a refund

The address given in the booking did not seem to be right, as the google maps ended at closed gate, nobody answered the listed phone number. Spent an hour searching for the given address, paid a huge taxi fare, had to look for a hotel in the middle of the night, with two small kids, Ended going to an expensive hotel. Need a complete refund

The beds where really nice and the airco was really cold.

The property was as pictured and nice for the night we stayed there.

The check-in process was difficult as my group only has esims and the check in process required us to call the host and wifi wasn’t working and it took a while to resolve that problem with the host.

Affordable pleasant stay on the outskirts of Milan

The location is really nice, green and with a beautiful lake right outside the B&B. It is a short drive to Milan downtown and the price was fair for that distance. The room itself was pleasant and very clean. The check-in instructions were also very clear.

It is not so convenient to use an exterior (private) bathroom, but it is something we know upon booking and the bathroom door was anyway just across our bedroom door, so it is not something that really affected our stay.

Not happy with the faulty/dead amenities

Clean and hygienic room. Staff was supportive.

Almost no facility provided was in good condition. Wifi was dead. Shower and fitting were in bad shape including hot water. Bath cabin was not closing properly causing water in whole bathroom. Bathroom lacked basic facilties like hanger,etc.

Nice place to stay! Really good for the price!

The place was modern, clean and safe. There was water and snacks provided. It was cheap and cheerful place to stay where it can be shared for a group or family members. The AC worked perfect and the balcony was a nice touch.

The shower was shaky and not stable to the floor. The blankets were thin and the TV was small.

The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The coffee machine was handy and so were the water bottles.

The Bathroom was ok, shower was falling off everytime it was turned on. Didnt realise the San Donato station is quite a distance from the apartment.

Great location, pointless stay due to the poor sound insulation of the room making it hard to sleep

LIKES 1. THE NICE TOUCHES - The 2 croissants left over, and 2 little bottles of water we found when we got in were a very nice touch. It was great having a nespresso machine and a microwave. The choice of furniture gave the room a very nice and modern feel to it. 2. THE LOCATION - We loved the possibility of having a walk around the park and the fact the hospital was within a few minutes' walk. 3. THE CLEANLINESS - We appreciated that the room was cleaned before our arrival and that there were strips of paper pointing out it was done. 4. THE HOST - The host was very nice and available and helped us with the e-check-in procedure that, for some reason, had some sort of issue. 5. CHECK-IN/OUT - It's always very comfortable having the possibility of being able to self check-in and out! The host had the brilliant idea of adding this to every room, which makes the B&B stand out from the others.

DISLIKES 1. THE POOR NOISE INSULATION OF THE ROOM - The walls were so thin that we only managed to sleep 1 night out of 4. It became an absolute nightmare! We are definitely not going back. There were people coming in the other rooms very late at night. This is not a problem up until you notice you can hear them shutting and opening doors as if they were in your room. Maybe the host could provide a set of earplugs for each guest to avoid this? We were hoping it would just be a 1 night thing, but with people getting in very late at night or waking up very early in the morning, it made the entire stay unacceptable for us. We were even woken up one early morning by people we think were invited in the corridor by one of the guests that started singing out loud and then engaged in a burp contest. The walls were also so thin that when the other guests went to take a shower or use the shared bathroom, you could hear things as if they were using the toilet in your room. You can also hear every conversation from the guests in the other rooms. I know the host can't control this, but it would be nice if there was a way of managing to catch some sleep. 2. BATHROOM HANGARS MISSING - There were no hangars for the towels in the bathroom, which made things a bit challenging. 3. BREAKFAST OPTIONS - Breakfast was not included in the stay despite finding out many other B&Bs around had this option included at a much lower price. 4. MOULD IN THE ROOM - The room had quite a bit of mould all around. It didn't really bither us, but I guess it might do with some other guests. 5. SAAFETY - The lock to the apartment was electrically controlled through a combination, but no one seemed to actually lock the door during the day or overnight. Nothing got stolen over our 4 night stay, but anyone could get free access up to the door of your room that would only lock with a very basic key such as the ones you'd have in a common house. 6.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect! The location maybe a bit far, but is a metro and buses you can take to city center. The bed was really comfortable. The room has everything you need. Balcony, a small kitchen, a coffee machine. And the bathroom very clean and new. I loved It. The area is a nice one too. Is quiet, but full of noise of airplanes, anyway they didnt bothered me at all.

Good communication and honesty by the owner

Location was good as we needed somewhere close to Linate airport. Had communication with owner since there was a misunderstanding, but he was very understanding and at the end we got a full refund and got the room for the night for free.

Letto non comodo per due adulti. Struttura non vicinissima alla metro, occorre la macchina. La procedura di check in non è semplicissima (telefonare per aprire, chiavi nella key box, chiavistello rumoroso e lungo per proteggere la camera). La finestra non si chiudeva bene. Colazione con cornetti del supermercato.

Gli spazi troppo ristretti. La camera dovrebbe essere adibita per una coppia, non per tre persone. Inoltre bisogna specificare che il martedì dalle 7:30 alle 9 bisogna rimuovere la macchina, altrimenti si incappa in una multa.
