Best for city travellers outside ZTL and close to Metro Station

It was economic and nice to stay, worthted for money. If you are by car, you park outside of ZTL and go to city center by very close metro. This kind of simple and economic hotels would be wonderful fır fast-city travellers. And the lady whoe work there was so helpful. I especially thank her!

It’s a very reasonably priced clean Spartan accommodation with shared toilets

They are very sweet and accommodating, we arrived late but they gave the sign in to a security guard so everything was great It’s also very clean and there is a cafe downstairs that’s open until 12:00 and a McDonald’s that’s open until 3:00

The toilets and bathroom are shared between 2 rooms Ofcourse in the morning this can cause delays if ur neighbour hogs the toilets. The only lights in the room are clinical ceiling office lights don’t have night lights , they also could have hooks in the bathroom for towels.

Buona posizione

Questa struttura ha un'ottima posizione e il parcheggio privato con la sbarra. Si trova vicino alla fermata della metro, per cui per andare in centro a Milano è molto comoda.

La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. In bagno il cestino non era stato svuotato e successivamente abbiamo trovato nella doccia il tappo di un flacone usato dagli ospiti precedenti. Il bagno è freddo e d'inverno non è possibile riscaldarlo. L'areatore che si accende insieme alla luce fa entrare aria fredda all'interno. Avevamo due stanze adiacenti con bagno in comune fra le camere. Peccato che non sia possibile chiudere la porta esterna del pianerottolo dove danno le tre porte di bagno e camere.

Buena estancia, persona amable y comodidad para quien debe tomar bus a otros lugares de Italia

Muy Limpio, muy organizado, el personal muy amable y tienes donde comer y tomar algo todo el tiempo y sobre todo está muy cómodo para quien tiene que tomar un bus a otros lugares de Italia, justo en frente están las paradas de bus y también hay conexión a metro para el centro de Milán.

Las habitaciones pueden ser mejores y más acogedoras.

Muy bueno para estancia corta

Me gustó mucho la ubicación considerando que luego íbamos a tomar un bus ahí y es fácil llegar con el metro, la limpieza, cuarto amplio, camas cómodas, amabilidad del personal y facilidades para guardar las maletas después del checkout.

Que no tenía ascensor considerando que teníamos maleta grande, pero no era un gran problema. Solo era 1 baño, no había dónde colgar las toallas y se demoraba en pasar el agua de la ducha.

La pulizia della camera sicuramente. Poi anche la posizione. La camera si apre con un codice, il che è simpatico.

Il bagno in comune con l'altra stanza ma per una notte va bene. Inoltre non credo sia una cosa di competenza della foresteria ma il bar che c'è affianco, per intenderci quello all'interno della stazione bus è davvero troppo caro.

Idealny nocleg na krótki wyjazd i z dobrym połączeniem z linią metra

Było bardzo czysto, blisko do metra - po drugiej stronie ulicy. Wygodne wejście do pokoju na kod i nie trzeba było pamiętać o kluczu. Łazienka była współdzielona, ale tylko z jednym pokojem i nie stanowiło to problemu. Tylko trochę było słychać metro i autobusy, ale to dość spokojna okolica. Jestem bardzo zadowolona.

+++ Accès à l'hôtel hors "ZTL" (zone de forte exclusion des voitures), parking gratuit sur simple réservation, bravo. +++ Proximité du métro (20m) direct à 9 stations du centre (cathédrale). + Très bon accueil (se présenter au guichet situé au fond de la cafétaria). + Très propre. + Les lits sont fermes mais confortables +++ Très très calme grâce à une isolation phonique remarquable alors que l'hébergement est situé au milieu d'une gare de bus, de cars et près d'une voie ferrée ! +++ Climatisation très silencieuse, ne gêne pas le sommeil. + La cafétaria située au rez de chaussée propose des petits déjeuners convenables (non compris dans le prix).

- Les chambres sont situées au 1° étage ce qui est bien, mais il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. - La salle de bain a une vaste douche, mais elle est commune à 2 chambres (dans notre cas ce n'était pas gênant car nous étions 2 couples de la même famille mais il est préférable de le savoir). - Pas d'accessoires "superflus" : Il y a des draps, oreillers, une couverture, des serviettes de toilette, du savon, le papier hygiénique, une armoire avec étagère sans cintres, chaise, table. C'est tout.

Чудовий варіант для короткострокового перебування

Будо дуже чисто, лаконічний інтерʼєр. Як для пари, прийшлося зсовувати ліжко. Легко добиратися, помешкання одразу біля станції метро. Як для хостелу, дуже добре, ціна адекватна. Хазяїн був дуже ввічливий, зустрів, допоміг знайти будинок (він одразу в приміщенні кафе 12 Oz, тільки з іншого боку). Вхід по цифровому паролю. Достатньо рушників. Ліжко і подушки дуже зручні, є теплий плед. Кондиціонер працює чудово.

Немає фену для волосся. У ванні немає ніяких гачків для одягу/рушників. В шафі немає вішалок, хоча є штанга для них. Дзеркало тільки у ванні, яка розрахована на дві кімнати. Було б зручно мати дзеркало (в ідеалі в повний ріст) ще в кімнаті, щоб можна було робити мейк і не чекати свою чергу.
