Great stay

Wonderful room, no issues at all. Spacious room, big and functional bathroom, daily cleaning, fridge, coffee and good wifi. Nothing more to ask for.

The place was a little hard to find, as the address was set to a place that looked like it was abandoned.

Für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung für das was wir brauchten richtig Gut. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Türe. Wir konnten das Zimmer vor dem offiziellen Check In beziehen.

Die in Booking.com hinterlegte Adresse ist nicht ganz richtig. Richtig ist Cascina Monticello 1, San Donato Milanese (MI) 20097 ( Die hinterlegte Adresse - Via Monticello - ist ein Beerdigungsinstitut !!!!! Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen Linate. Ab 23:00 bis ca 08:00 war jedoch Flugruhe.

Het was schoon, netjes,goede airco maar voor de rest was het niet zo romantisch buiten als dat de foto's het idee gaven. Zeker de lokatie stond helaas op een rare ,nietverwachte plek aan het einde van een soort opgebroken industrie terein en een paar grote ingestorte boeren schuren.

Ottima insonorizzazione nonostante gli aerei dello scalo di Linate siano molti, non ne ho sentito nessuno. Materasso e cuscini molto comodi. La camera era molto grande ed il fatto di avere a disposizione il necessario per la colazione il camera è un'ottima idea. La proprietaria è gentilissima mi è venuta incontro per un problema ed ho apprezzato molto la sua cortesia. Il parcheggio è enorme e la zona è davvero traquilla. La vicinanza al Policlinico san Donato dà la possibilità di arrivare in ospedale a piedi lasciando la macchina nel parcheggio della struttura.

Il link inserito in Booking porta in un altro posto...davanti al cimitero. Ho utilizzato google maps per poterci arrivare.

Posizione comodissima per il Policlinico San Donato, a piedi 10 minuti. Camera pulitissima, con l'essenziale per poter soggiornare più notti. Disponibile in camera bollitore con scelta di the /caffè solubile e biscotti per uno spuntino, acqua e caffè in cialde alla reception. Wi-Fi, tv satellitare, condizionatori. La sig. Ra Paola molto disponile e cordiale.

Una camera ampia e ben pulita, ottimo per brevi soggiorni nei dintorni di Milano.

Un'ottima posizione per brevi soggiorni vicino a Milano. A poca distanza dalla M3 San Donato, che permette di visitare la città in modo molto comodo. La dotazione della camera è ottima e la pulizia è molto accurata. Check-in online e successiva verifica dei documenti ben eseguiti, la titolare è molto professionale e cortese. Considerando anche la media dei costi a Milano e dintorni, un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il parcheggio è immediatamente davanti alla struttura, molto comodo e sempre disponibile.

La zona è ancora in via di riqualificazione, quindi l'accesso con auto avviene da un ingresso non del tutto finito. Però è solo un particolare e sicuramente a lavori terminati andrà perfettamente. Per raggiungere ristoranti o bar nei dintorni è necessario o comunque molto meglio usare l'auto. Data la vicinanza di Linate, è indicato tenere le finestre chiuse per chi è sensibile ai rumori. Tuttavia il condizionamento della camera è ottimale, le finestre ad ottima insonorizzazione, e quindi è una situazione ben risolta dalla titolare.
