Great location, easy to access most attractions. Flat is spacious and well equipt, comfortable and quiet at night. Fans helps a lot for the heat.

Some of the furniture is run down.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones, buena ubicación con parking cerca a buen precio. A pesar de llegar antes de la hora de cheking nos dejaron entrar a dejar las maletas. Los sofás camas son nuevos.

The apartment and the location was perfect for our trip. It is super close to many restaurants, bars and clubs. We were overall very satisfied with the size of the apartment and the equipment. The Nespresso machine for example was great. One issue we had with hot water was very quickly resolved to our satisfaction by the management which was very responsive and they also followed-up to make sure it is fine. That was good.

One balcony door handle was broken, so we couldn't open or close it. The chairs at the table were a bit uncomfortable to sit, but with a pillow it was okay. Otherwise all fine.

Super location in the nightlife district. Very near the bars yet far enough so it's not super noisy. Beds comfy and plenty of bed space for 7 with the two pull-out sofas. Kitchen fine, and some washing up liquid provided which was useful.

Apartment quite dated, with paint peeling off the walls. Only 1 bathroom for 7 of us not really suitable, which also had a slippery toilet seat. No A/C in the rooms but fans provided. Due to no A/C, opening windows/doors to let in cooler air meant being woken up by people in the street in the early morning. In heat of summer lack of A/C would affect sleep. One of the shutters didn't close which let in a lot of light and prevented sleep. - Messaged host to have this looked at but didn't respond, have seen other reviews also had problems with this. Apartment access is a link on phone, so if phone runs out of battery no way to access apartment. Chairs in kitchen broken/uncomfortable.
