La ubicación, hay restaurantes en la misma calle y alrededores, el mirador de San Pedro de Alcántara está a 150 metros

Las cuestas, las pendientes que tiene la zona, quizás alguna reforma en el apartamento vendría bien, pero vamos que para una estancia de 2, 3 días, está aceptable

L'appartement est globalement bien agencé dans un quartier top mais une rue calme. On a l'habitude de réserver dans le quartier et l'appartement est plutôt plus spacieux que ce qu'on a l'habitude de louer.

4ème sans ascenseur. Ce n'est pas caché mais ce n'est pas vraiment marqué non plus, attention pour les personnes en situation de handicap. L'appartement est froid mais il y a des radiateurs "grille pain" mais c'est le cas de tous les immeubles du coin pour être honnête, prévoyez de quoi vous couvrir en hivers.

The location was great. It was on a quaint typical Lisbon neighborhood street with limited automobile access. It was on the top floor away from the noise of the city. The floor plan was unique but as a family of eight we had plenty of room and we were not on top of each other.

For all the requests of leaving things how you found them and leaving it tidy to a certain degree it was not the cleanest. I dropped my towel and it landed behind the toilet and when I picked it up it was very dirty. Also I understand quiet time but to know that you are being monitored is a bit unsettling. I don’t think we violated the noise ordinance but after traveling 18 hours with a child it did add a level of stress making sure they were quiet. Also the light went out mid flight on the stairs as we were going down them. Using the wall as guidance we accidentally hit a doorbell. Maybe additional lights to help guest get down the stairs when the lights time out.

Posizione, vista dalle camere e anche dal soggiormo sui tetti, spazi interni. Sono davvero dispiaciuta perché la casa ha un grande potenziale, che non viene sfruttato al meglio.

Siamo due famiglie con due bimbe di tre anni, ci piace viaggiare assieme e ci adattiamo facilmente ale varie opzioni. Nonostante l'allerta meteo abbiamo deciso comunque di partire e chiesto la cortesia del check in anticipato di due ore perché il vento e pioggia era troppo forte, con esito negativo ( dovevano effettuare le pulizie). La casa era sporchissima, dalle coperte sue letti sbattendole sono scesi capelli, briciole polvere e rifiuti vari. Sopra la porta dei fuochi c'erano rifiuti, le lenzuola non avevano un buon odore ed i cuscini sono improponibili. Faceva freddo ma non si possono tenere più fi tre stufette accese nello stesso momento, quindi lo abbiamo patito. Ci vorrebbe pocge accortezze per rendere questo apprtamento davvero accogliente, nonostante il bagno e la cucina vecchi. Partendo già dalla pulizia dello stesso e aumentando il kw dell'elettrico per permettere alle persone di stare bene. Doccia tiepida, danno il servizio del phon ma non c'è la presa in bagno (nemmeno per la stufetta)
