Amazing location. On the one hand it's right next to the main bar streets of Bairo Alto but on the other hand it's not right in the middle of the crowd. amazing design.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated.
Check in was not easy. They use an app and it won’t work until check in time. It wasn’t possible to store luggage prior to checking in because the staff didn’t set the app to work at the time that I have advised of arrival and requested store luggage. the staff communicated it’s possible to store luggage but didn’t fix the app. Communication was not easy. The staff set the app at the wrong dates at first, later than my arrival, which will not even work on my dates. I had to ask Booking.com to be involved to fix the dates mistakes. Then the time of arrival was not accurately accounted for store luggage and Finally cleaning lady showed up after an hour to open doors.

Very good location.
The way the room was advertised you didn’t know that you could end up being in a basement (with windows but still). Also it shows a balcony but only one of the apartments has it. I paid 200$ Canadian a night, I could’ve just stayed in a hotel for that price...
