Unique 2 Bdr Apartment in the heart of lisbon

It was in a great location and the apartment was very clean when we got there. It was stocked with everything we needed and the owner was very timely with responses when we had questions.

The back bedroom is very small. There’s no air conditioning unit in there and the wifi doesn’t work properly in the room.

The location is amazing! Also Luisa did her best to help us solve each problem we had to deal with the property, offering us also a complimentary early check in.

There was no heat, the apartment was huge with one ac in the living room so the two rooms were like a fridge and humid. We had to sleep with our coats the first night. The next night they brought us heaters. In the kitchen there was only salt paper and dish soap, was expecting a bottle of water just for the first hour until we get to the supermarket. We also had a broken lock at the bathroom so we had to leave the door open even if we were 4 guests sharing the apartment (I have read an older comment about it but I was expecting they would have fixed it).

The location was excellent — the street was quite noisy, but that’s to be expected given the area. Accessing the apartment was very easy, and we loved that it included a washing machine. The space was generous, allowing everyone to spread out comfortably. Perfect for a family of four!

The towels provided had a damp, musty smell and needed to be washed before use. The kettle also wasn’t working.
