La posizione centrale,la gentilezza del signore responsabile della manutenzione e la camera da letto.

Good location and value
Could use a TV in the bedroom, even if only with streaming or wifi services; the squeaky floors in the kitchen can be a little upsetting specially at night since you need to go through to access the bathroom.

Die Kommunikation mit Carolina hat super funktioniert, sie war sehr freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr alt. Es ist zwar alles was man braucht vorhanden, die Wohnung -und die Einrichtung ist aber alt.
