LSA Príncipe Real by Numa

Location was great. It is up the hill but it’s not too bad. My family with 2 kids were able to walk up and down just fine from this location. AC was great to have as well.

Wood floor looked dated but it was fine. Dishwasher did not work but we didn’t use it at all. There were dirty dishes still in there but we just kept it closed the whole time we were there.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, well renovated and located near street parking. There's plenty of storage room, outlets and lighting in the bedrooms and it's well organized and helpful for unpacking and packing. There's an elevator which is helpful when you need it. The air conditioning was very good, very quiet, well placed and controlled the temperature very well. The WiFi worked well in the apartment. The staff was responsive and accommodated every request. We were 5 adults staying for 1 night only, a couple and 3 young adults. Everything is in walking distance. It was good for our group who enjoy walking and are used to walking for a couple of hours a day but it could be long for those who don't. We didn't use most of the facilities; we only used the shower, the coffee maker, the AC and the WiFi.

The shower has a half glass closure that lets too much water out onto the floor, there was no microwave and the coffee maker didn't work correctly. There was a safe in the bedroom with twin beds but not in the master bedroom and we couldn't get it to work. The staff didn't know how to help with parking instructions for parking right in front of the building. Beware, the App GPS shows location 1006 but the parking signs show location 1005. Available luggage storage should be advertised from the beginning because the response for this information came only at check-in at 3pm which was too late and caused us to incur this expense unnecessarily.

The apartment was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and major attractions in Lisbon. The self check-in process was smooth, and the kitchen was well equipped for a comfortable stay

Very old flooring and the view was not what was advertised. Walls thin could hear other guests very well. Beds not very comfortable and couch was small.
