As instalações do apartamento e do prédio são novas e muito bem cuidadas. A localização é ótima próximo a mercados, comércios e atrações. A rua é bastante movimentada mas o isolamento acústico das janelas é eficiente. O sofá cama é desconfortável mas atendeu a necessidade para meu filho de 10 anos.
Tivemos problemas com a conexão Wi-Fi da TV, mas foi substituída. O sofá cama é desconfortável.

Die Lage war perfekt. Sehr zentral und nahe der Metro und der Tram, sodass wir Lissabon ideal zu Fuß entdecken konnten. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber und die Schlüsselübergabe waren sehr einfach. Außerdem sind die Appartements wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Unser Zimmer ging zur Straße raus. Da wir beide recht empfindlich auf Klimaanlagen reagieren hatten wir die Fenster gekippt. Draußen ist es durch die Tram, vorbeifahrende Autos und Nachtschwärmer relativ laut. Das kann man dem Gastgeber aber nicht ankreiden. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist der Geräuschpegel in Ordnung. Wer auch mit Klimaanlage schlecht schläft, sollte zur Sicherheit Oropax einpacken.
