We felt incredibly welcome from the first moment. Emmanuelle, our host, was exceptionally nice and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. In addition, he recommended good places to visit and for food. The entire place was beautiful and great for the kids (a nice playground, animals, a great pool). In addition, the location was close to Dinan, Dinard, St. Malo and other great places. We felt at home here and would love to come back. Highly recommended!
Next time, we would choose a different house instead of 'Gite Fraise', as you can hear the street noise at night.

Classic French gite. Peaceful surroundings. Comfortable beds. Clean. Lovely pool and children's play area.
Requirement to strip beds, empty all rubbish etc was more than we were used to in holiday rentals but fairly common in France it seems. There were a few maintenance issues (poor wifi, dripping cistern etc) which need to be addressed. Disappointing end to the stay where our daughter forgot an important personal item which we were reassured could be sent on to us but has not been and we now cannot contact the owner.
