Beautiful apartment in an excellent location - easily accessible but on the edge of Dinan’s fascinating old quarter. Catalin was a great and communicative host who made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

We did very much enjoy our stay in that very special flat and within the center of this beautiful small town. The flat in all respects has a very high-grade standard: furniture, kitchen, machines, bath rooms, elevator directly to the flat (!), perfect mixture of old wood and stones with modern accessoires :-). Nothing is low level. Parking well organized and nearby (included). Restaurants need to be selected well as most of them just offer the same. Food shops, such as butchers, fromageries, boulangeries are of unbelievable high standard. The landlord Catalin was always helpful & friendly and gave us valuable recommendations (also regarding selection of restaurants). 5* host !!!!

Cannot speak more highly of this place. It was beautifully clean, location was great in Dinan. It was kitted out properly so you can actually cook a meal. The host was very good at communicating. Definitely one that we would visit again.

We are a family of five with young adult and teenage kids. Each of us throughly enjoyed Catalin’s apartment. Beyond the comfort of the beds and plenty of hot water, the attention given to each detail is extraordinary. Every appliance and fixture is intuitively, beautifully designed. There are plenty of local shopping options for meal preparation. We explored Dinan and made day trips to St. Malo, Dinard and Mont St. Michel. Having a parking space during high season was especially helpful - thank you for providing such a wonderful experience, Catalin!
