Cocoonr agency offers this charming 120 m² house with swimming pool in Dinan to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises a lovely 55 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a 450 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 55 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 queen-size beds (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron...
Exterior:
- A Bali stone swimming pool, treated by salt and chlorine filtration (private, heated from May to September)
- A beautiful 450 m² garden and terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge (concierge / housekeeping service).

Paradis "🙂 The house is beautifully presented and very comfortable.
All three double bedrooms are a good size, the lounge area is comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped.
The heated pool was a huge hit with the children (10 & 13), and the garden was well maintained with 4 loungers, comfortable seating and a table and chairs for outside dining.
Dinan itself is a lovely town and well placed for day trips slightly further afield.

The house is perfect, it’s a beautifull place, Nice beds, lovely swimming pool. Our only comment is the garden set is not very comfortable.
