Atour X Hotel The Bund East Nanjing Road

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent location, beautiful and spotless rooms, and the most incredible staff! In a busy city like Shanghai, having a clean, comfortable room and reliable, trustworthy staff makes all the difference. The highlight of our stay was celebrating my birthday. The team surprised me with a BEAUTIFUL cake in my room and made me feel truly special. ❤️ This is the kind of hospitality that turns guests into loyal customers. I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and thoughtfulness. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing to mention.

No breakfast

.

The location was excellent just a very short walk to The Bund and Nanjing Road as well as plenty of transport and dining options within walking distance.

The design of the bathroom was a not great when sharing with someone who is not your partner. There could easily be a curtain or the shower door could open the opposite way to allow for some privacy in the bathroom for showering.

The location was great, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was passable. That is about it.

I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families. Despite the property's rating, the rooms were uncomfortably small and lacked basic comforts, making it feel more akin to a backpacker's hostel. I took a chance on staying here and was completely let down. I will certainly not be staying at an Atour property again in the future.
