I loved the location and how cute it was!

The location is perfect, it's at the Bund and it's near Nanjing Road - a couple of blocks away. The train station was also very near, about 10 minutes walk. The street is quiet at night. Quite a lot of food and coffee places nearby. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in early and check out a little later. They were very considerate of our travel times.
It's a bit difficult to find since it's located in an alley, but there is a huge sign board to tell people that the hotel is inside. It takes a bit of effort. There is no "lobby" to drop off and pick up.

Location was excellent.
Room was exceptionally small. No refrigerator, no safe. Window blind did not close properly. TV did not work.
