We stayed at this hotel for two nights, from October 12 to 13, 2026. The location was great, just a 15-minute walk to The Bund and 10 minutes to Nanjing Road. We also appreciated the free laundry service and bottled drinks. The only downside was that our family room felt a bit dusty, which may have worsened our allergic rhinitis, especially with the foggy and possibly smoggy weather. Overall, we still had a decent stay and would recommend this hotel if its location suits your travel itinerary.
    6.4 / 10Average·Oct 2026
My first impression of the hotel was disappointing. It was tucked away in a very old alley, with a small lobby, lift area and breakfast restaurant. Although the check-in staff allowed us to store our luggage, one female staff member was not very friendly. Despite the 2 pm check-in time, my room was not ready until 2:45 pm. Fortunately, the room was a pleasant surprise! Although small, it was very clean and had a unique European rustic design that I really liked. The breakfast selection was limited, but the food was quite nice. The staff at check-out were much friendlier and more helpful. They helped with my luggage and called a taxi to the airport. Overall, my experience was mixed. The delayed check-in and initial service were disappointing, but the lovely room, decent breakfast and helpful staff made my stay better than expected.
