Amazing large 2-story chalet next to a beautiful park, close to the Beach, the City of Arts and Sciences, and the Turia, all 5 min by taxi. IDEAL for families! Realize this is truly a huge property, with over 300 m² of interior space and 180 m² of outdoor garden and sun deck space. It is recently renovated and eco-friendly, running on green solar energy! Feel free to enjoy all the amenities, including updated kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, a pro pool table, a foosball table, an Xbox X and retro Nintendo gaming, a well equipped fitness room, and a 166” Ultra 4K cinema home theater with Dolby Surround Sound. There is a garden courtyard (the Zen Zone) with bamboo lounge chairs and BBQ grill (with table and umbrella) to enjoy sunny Valencia. I just added a jacuzzi outdoor pool to the Zen Zone with space for 4 - 5 people! Upstairs there is also a sun deck with lounge chairs, hammocks and palm tree views. Welcome!

We had good communication from Vincenzo right from booking. The villa is a good size and well equipped. The large pool table was a hit with everyone, along with the huge screen television. Vincenzo was on hand for information and recommendations. The location is quiet and residential, but is only a short drive from the city centre and beach. The villa has all the home comforts and the all important comfortable beds!

We had a great stay. Vincenzo was a great host, let us check in early and was available if we needed him. The house is fantastic. We were there for our daughters wedding. My wife did all the flowers and we were able to do all the prep work in the house with no problem, there is so much space. The night before the wedding we organized a party and had between 50 and 60 people at the house. There was plenty of room. The pool table was great to keep people entertained. Outside area is nice and secure. Very easy parking on the street out front and a short drive to downtown area or the beach. There is a small shop nearby you can walk to if you need any essentials. Beds were very comfortable and shower works great. I would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Valencia and needs some space to relax. If we ever go back we will look to see if this house is available. Thanks Vincenzo, hope the new puppy is doing well.

We arrived and got immediately well greated by the host and his very cute dogs. The house is absolutely amazing, very spacious and very modern/clean. It was an overall great experience!

We are a family of five (kids ranging from 11-17) that stayed at Vincenzo's property for just under a week (came from visiting Barcelona first). The house was very spacious, clean and we all had a great time there. The pool and vintage foosball table were great fun for all and the projector system made for relaxing movie times at the end of long beach days. The kitchen was large and we used it often to cook meals (so we didn't have to eat out all the time). Host was very responsive via WhatsApp if we needed anything. The rooms were large and clean and the AC made the hot days very comfortable. For all of you green folks, the electric is run off of a solar power system so you can feel good about your carbon footprint. The place is close to both beaches that you can drive, bike or take scooters to. We had rented a car so did most of our own driving, but there is public transport available to get around. We would certainly stay again and thank Vincenzo for being a great host.

It’s a very nice place that has been thought through. Easy access to the beach and city centre, but a very tranquil neighbourhood. You get 3 nice double bedrooms with an additional bunk bed. All appliances are brand new and easy to use. We had fun with the grill nights, cinema nights or both the same day. Amazing value and I would definitely return again

Vincenzo is a gracious host who runs an eco friendly, fun, spacious, beautiful home! Plenty of things to entertain the young - piano to pool table to AV & games, beautiful plants in peaceful private interior courtyard, relaxing 2nd floor terrace with hammocks galore, eco-friendly but also plenty of hot water for ALL the guests, beautiful bathrooms with wonderful water pressure, comfy beds, 2-in-1 washer/dryer, full kitchen with priceless double filtered drinking water, nearby groceries and on street parking. What's not to love?!? You could stay here forever!

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very thoughtful and made a point of creating a truly special place including games galore. The parking is plentiful in this close in location which is hard to find in Valencia. We would definately stay again.

The large house has good access and parking and Vincenzo is a wonderful host who looked after us. The teenage boys enjoyed the games and super large screen and the kitchen had enough to let us have Christmas lunch at ‘home’. There is a tram nearby and bike hire so we had our independence but it is a ‘local’ area and restaurants nearby are limited. We ate a fantastic meal at restaurant Tropical on Playa Pinedo and generally were able to enjoy Valencia from this location. Please check it out on maps, we had a car and we did need it for the older members of the group (88 yrs old!). Overall we had a great stay and the accommodation did not disappoint.

We had a blast! This house is so full of goodies it was to get out. It's not in the best neighborhood compared to city center, but the size of the house, the friendliness of the owner, the quality of the equipment, TV's, etc. and the proximity to the train easily compensate. Would recommend anytime.

We stayed as a family of 5 with our kids ranging from 8 till 13. The house is very spacious, luxurious, new, and clean. The kids loved the pool table, table football, piano, and above all the 166 inch cinema screen to watch movies. We almost had a hard time getting them out of the house to go and explore Valencia :) Our kids are often easily bored but we did not have this issue during this stay at all! There are supermarkets and an amazing bakery on walking distance to get yourself a nice breakfast or ingredients to make your own dinner in the modern, fully functioning kitchen. If you decide you do not want to make your own dinner, nor want to go out then Uber Eat will deliver a wide range of food to your door. The beach is a 5 minute taxi ride away and the heart of the city centre is around 15 minutes by taxi. One day we decide to walk to the city centre which takes roughly an hour but takes you throught the beautiful stretched park in Valencia passing the acquarium and some musea with amazing architecture. We definitely found it worth the walk. Last but not least, Vincenzo, the owner is amazing, very friendly, open, and helpful. He made us feel welcome from the moment we came in till the moment we left. If you are staying in Valencia we would definitely recommend this place!
