Disappointed 😞

I can only say, location was good.

The air conditioning wasn't working, there was no hand soap, only a few small packets of shampoo (which they said were gifts), no coffee, not even a small bottle of water. The oven and the tray inside were dirty. We chose to stay there because it had a balcony, but we were assigned a room facing the back of the building, and there was construction work every day at 7:00 AM, so we couldn't even open the balcony. It was an absolute disappointment.

The location is excellent and you can get to the desired locations in the city very quickly. Maybe it's a good price

Location

Cold bathroom, the smell of food coming from the ventilation, the balcony door opening and closing with difficulty, the toaster short circuiting and blowing the fuse, voices and sounds from the neighboring apartments. Unflexible chek in time: we landed around 10 o'clock in the morning, and we couldn't get into the apartment before 3 o'clock in the afternoon. After a 3 hour flight, we had to wait another 5 hours to get into the apartment. Instead of once, we had to pay extra for the taxi, as well as wait tiredly for the entrance.

Self-contained apartment close to the sea

It was very clean and matched the photos given. All the appliances worked, and the shower is excellent.

The access code to get the key for the property was wrong, so it took some time to get in touch with the organizers to get the correct access code. Given that it is a no-refund property, this is poor service. It has no supplies.. for example, a few dishwasher tabs would be helpful so I don't have to go buy a full box, a tea-towel to dry dishes would help. Also, a few more personal touches with color would improve the vibe.. it's a very minimal, 'bachelor pad' vibe: all white and grey, no colour which would give it a more comfy, homey touch.

It was a nice stay in a great city, but the place have some room for improvement.

Good location, although not very close to the main town centre, but with relatively good access to different parts of the city, like the City of Arts, the beach, the port, etc.-. The flat was ok, as seen in the pics. Clean and modern, but with very little could be much better.

The main issue, which got us really angry, was that we had to shower with cold water on the afternoon before New Year celebrations. This was extremely disappointing, even more if you are with an older person or a toddler (like we were), and especially because we were in the middle of the winter and preparing for a very important night. The heater was not properly working, or we didn't know how to operate it, but it was relatively cold inside. The internal illumination is not great. You either have a lot of light with the same switch or nothing, which makes difficult co-living if one wants to read, and the other one wants to sleep; or if you want to put a small kid to bed early, while you stay up to have a glass of wine with your partner.

Nicely located apartment with deficits.

The location was very good. Close to beach and port with only 5-15 min to walk. The metro station can be reached by 10min by foot. With the metro in approx. 15min in the center of the city. The apartment was relatively clean - there are very obvious signs of usage which have not been taken care of for some time though. Small grocery stores are close by to purchase daily needs. Entering the house and apartment was easy as well as online registration.

In the apartment with terrace we expected it to be attached to the apartment but it is on top of the roof and one level above the apartment which can be reached only through the staircase of the house. Small and Basic things are missing e.g. liquid soap for hands, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen towels, few coffee tabs, glass for toothbrush. You have everything there from appliances but it’s quite annoying to buy everything again. We expected from pictures that the apartment will have several rooms but it is in open space which is ok for 2 people but not more. Noises from outside can be heard quite good as well as noise from neighbours. Additionally there are ants everywhere in the apartment coming from windows/doors/drainage - we were able to take care of it a bit by closing the gaps between windows and floor and so on but it is just not something you want to deal with when on vacation. Cupboards were partly not able to open properly anymore which made getting clothes out of it a bit difficult.

Modern spacious apartment but not worth the cost

The apartment was spacious and decor was modern . Good location as walking distance to beach and marina

Apartment hadn’t been cleaned well - there was a mosquito squashed on the wall and hair around the sink. No hand soap - something I’ve always had in every apartment I’ve stayed in. Unfortunately due to high rainfall the apartment leaked multiple times - into the bathroom and also water was pouring through the ceiling lights and flooded the lounge. This issue wasn’t dealt with and caused us concern and worry during what was a much needed relaxing trip

Enjoyable

The apartment had beautiful terraces. The bus stops were close by to travel into the city, and the port and beach was a walkable distance with bike rentals close by.

The apartment should consider investing in sturdy loose pillows for the sofa bed to place at the head and additional soft pillows for 2 people sharing. Other than that, very comfortable.

Good location for the beach and port areas of Valencia. Not far from tram and transport links. Good range of affordable restaurants nearby. Appt was clean, and modern with good facilities.

Nothing bad to report. Costs seemed a little high, but it was a good location for us.

Comfortable, clean and perfectly suited for our weekend group getaway.

The staff at Puerto Beach Suites went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Our flight was delayed by over an hour and we had a last minute emergency but their response time was incredibly fast and for that I will be forever appreciative. The flats were spotless upon arrival and the air conditioning was great. Both the main bed and the sofa bed were comfortable which was great for our group of 8. My only regret is that I wish we planned for a longer stay! These flats were perfect base for a weekend trip, offering just the right mix of convenience (shops literally being steps away), comfort and warm hospitality.

The property was in a good location, very modern, clean, reasonably priced and perfect for our family. Staff were very helpful. Washer dryer was a bonus.

Good little apartment

Great little apartment perfect for a small family. Four adults may struggle in here as not v roomy. Location was excellent, and bed linen and bathroom etc clean and tidy. Some dusty areas such as under the bed and in the cupboards, so was not spotless, but pretty clean. The photos shown do not accurately reflect the size of the apartment, as it was quite a bit smaller than expected. I do understand why companies do this, but it does make it a bit misleading. Beds were both v comfortable, albeit without a full duvet linen cover for the sofa bed duvet, just 2 flat sheets provided. Washer really useful, although dryer did not work and never heated up to any degree, meaning clothes remained wet even after several hours in there. We dried most of our items outside on the clothes horse anyway. Some noise at night, but we enjoyed the location, and the balcony was lovely to have. Close to lots of supermarkets, buses, bike hire a few doors down etc, and apartment has a lift - wouldn't say they publicised the amenities as well s they could do!. Would return and recommend.

Very nice flat, with all you can need in a city break. The apartment has a very nice view, easy acces, is close to bus/metro station and also pretty close to the beach.

Very nice

Everything is very clean, comfortable, stylish and new. There are nice dishes, pots, pans and coffee to prepare something to eat. But we didn't use the coffee maker because we didn't know how to use it :) From the window and balconies - a view of the historical building of the 13th century, you can take very nice photos. A comfortable wide bed, new clean bedding, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer in the shower. Although not far from the sea, it is quite far from the beach. fortunately, it was autumn, and we didn't need to go to the beach. We are satisfied, thank you.

The most important thing: we rented an apartment where it was indicated "with a view of the sea". But the sea was NOT visible, this is fiction. from the window you can see only the road, on which cars drive (very loudly) and somewhere far, far away - yachts, but not the sea, Small details: there was not sugar, salt and oil: to cook something, you had to go to the supermarket. And there was also a lack of paper napkins.

Beautiful and sentral appartement

Love the location and the beautiful balcony. Just sitting out there talking and lisening to the city with a glass of wine. Love it. The room was pretty and a good choice for a family of four. Shops and bakeries just up the steeet.

The pigeons droppings. The building fasade looks very fresh and recently renewed so they might be in the process putting up something to prevent the pigeons to sit just above the balcony.

Goed verblijf op een toplocatie

Heel fijn ruim, rustig appartement op een toplocatie. Het appartement beschikte over een grote badkamer met heerlijke douche en de keuken was voorzien van alle gemakken.

De site geeft aan dat er een balkon en slaapkamer bij de accomodatie zit, echter was er geen aparte slaapkamer enkel een frans balkon

El apartamento era funcional, buenos elementos de cocina, lavadora ok. Ubicación buena a 15 min a pie de la playa y 30 min en bus del centro turístico. La cama es cómoda.

El espacio es bueno para 2 personas, hasta 3 puede funcionar. Para 4 es pequeño, para una noche ok, pero más no. El sofacamá es muy incómodo. El agua caliente no alcanza para 4 (toca esperar a que se caliente la del tanque).

Grundsätzlich ganz gut ausgestattet, Dusche funktioniert gut.

Das Bett ist für 2 Nächte ok, wir hatten nach 7 Nächten Rückenschmerzen ohne Ende. Es wäre schön wenn vor Ort so allg. Sachen wie Handseife im Bad, Spülmittel oder Salz. Wenn man ein paar Tage da ist, ist es unglücklich diese "Basics" kaufen zu müssen. Balkon ist im Winter leider nicht nutzbar da keine Sonne hinkommt

Ubicación, vistas y decoracion

No te dan instrucciones claras y anticipadas para llegar. No abre bien la puerta. No funciona la cafetera y el tostador. El ruido del termo de agua caliente al lado de la cama no te deja dormir. Pido que me ayuden con todo esto y que me cambien de apartamento que siendo lunes tienen los apartamentos vacios y a falta de darme una solucion (que es lo que busca el cliente), hacen esto: 1) no te solucionan el problema, solo te mandan un mensaje de whatsapp y 2) pretenden mandarme un tecnico para que repare las cosas y que le abra y atienda yo, ¡lo que me faltaba! PD: voy todas las semanas a Valencia por trabajo

Al principio decepcionante, luego agradable

Tenía muy buena ubicación, era chiquito pero con todo lo necesario para la estancia, el baño y la ducha excelente.

Llegamos en la mitad de la noche, para conseguir las llaves del departamento teníamos que ir a otra ubicación a buscar las llaves con un código para abrir una puerta que nos llevaba a una caja fuerte donde se encontraban las llaves! No recibimos el link para hacerlo y a la 1:00 de la mañana estábamos en la calle sin llaves, sin saber que hacer, llamamos al teléfono que teníamos y no nos contestaron!! Por suerte nos encontramos luego de 1/2 hora de estar allí con 4 chicas rusas que venían a ese edificio con la misma empresa y nos dieron otro teléfono que nosotras no teniamos y nos pudimos conectar con alguien de la empresa,estas turistas nos ayudaron a encontrar las llaves! Sino fuera por ellas no se lo que hubiera pasado. Al llegar allí departamento cansadas y agotadas, nos quisimos bañar y en el baño no había ningún producto como jabón para hacerlo!! Eso nos dio mucha rabia en ese momento!fuera de papel higiénico que si había, al otro día tuvimos que comprar todo lo necesario para el resto del día! La empresa nos mandó 2 cápsulas de café y unos sachets pequeños con jabón al otro día!!! Para10 días!!

Месторасположение, рядом остановка автобуса и наличие магазинов.

В апартаментах оказалось небезопасно оставлять вещи. Отсутствовал сейф. Нас ограбили в день заселения, украли два кольца из трёх оставленных на столе . Явно присутствует схема ограбления- украсть не очень дорогие вещи. Учитывая , что входная дверь оборудована кодовым замком с видеоконтролем при входе , а апартаменты находились на втором ( с нулевым ) этаже предположить реальное ограбление посторонними людьми нереально. Мы обратили внимание на отсутствие колец только вечером и сразу обратились к хозяину. Он нас перенаправил к ответственному менеджеру Andrea , который бесцельно коммуницировал с нами четыре дня. Сначала как бы обещал компенсацию, потом даже не извинившись , уверял , что персонал не способен на такие действия и в конце диалога ещё и стал угрожать. Учитывая незначительную сумму украденного имущества в размере около 250 Euro и нежелание тратить драгоценное время отпуска на общение с полицией, мы решили смириться. Хочу предупредить Всех будущих клиентов- будьте очень осторожны в данном месте. ПРЯЧЬТЕ ЛИЧНЫЕ ВЕЩИ В ЧЕМОДАНЕ С КОДОВЫМ ЗАМКОМ.

Que tiene unas fotos con un dormitorio individual y pone dormitorio y sofá cama, y realmente es solo una estancia con todo junto. Que no estaba limpio, y l sofá cama era incomodísimo. Huele el edificio y el apartamento a tubería y es imposible controlar ese olor.
