Welcome to Sandcastles, the perfect family & pet friendly vacation destination. (Your fur baby must be under 30lbs) This unit is newly renovated with all new furnishings. Enjoy Seacrest Beach by private beach access, the perfect site for watching launches. Sandcastles is walking distance to downtown restaurants & shopping. The top floor 2BDR/2Bath/2Balcony Condo is over 1200sf. Come enjoy Sandcastles from Sunrise to Sunset! The condo is fully licensed with the City of Cocoa Beach. The Short term rental licensing includes a fire safety Inspection. The unit is owner operated so you will not be dealing with a big property management company.

We respect our guests and are considerate of allergies and sensitivities. For this reason you will not find any Plug-ins, scented candles, potpourri or chemical deodorizers. Our cleaning includes no harsh chemicals. Non-toxic cleaners are used on the surfaces and floors, safer for small children and pets. All linens and towels are washed HT and without chemical dyes and fragrance. There is tile throughout the unit.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandcastles. The property was incredibly clean, comfortable and well appointed. There was plenty of towels, beach chairs, pillows, etc. the beds were extremely cozy and perfect after a long day at the beach. The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. If we return to Cocoa Beach we would not hesitate to stay here again!

I cannot say enough good things about this stay! The corner balconies give lovely sunlight through the whole day and the views of Cocoa Beach are especially magical in the mornings.
Everything is exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and decor. Really refreshing design compared to the usual wicker and pastel onslaught you get in most of the FL rentals.
My mother and I stayed very comfortably for our 6-night stay with all the kitchen amenities we needed when we did decide to stay in for meals. Appreciated all the beach supplies we needed, especially the wagon!
Very easy access to Cocoa Beach, steps away, or a plethora of other beaches within a 10-15 minute drive depending on what you're looking for.

Our family enjoyed the condo throughout our week stay. Hurricane Debby was expected to impact our stay and the owners went above and beyond in communicating with us and giving us options to ensure we were safe and still had fun. We will be staying again in the future.

Everything about this condo was nice. It’s up to date with what must be recent flooring, paint, appliances, and touches. Beds comfortable. Check in was simple. Be in the pool within 2 minutes of walking out the condo door and in the ocean in 3-4 minutes. We liked the beach accessories including several chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards and a wagon. Would do it again.
