About this apartment rental
Drop your bags and hit the beach! This direct 5th floor oceanfront unit affords panoramic views of the ocean and beach! The newly renovated fully equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. It is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with new carpet, tile and paint! The living room has a queen size convertible sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, vanity and dressing area with large sunny windows. The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV and a pack and play. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer (so pack lightly)!
We provide everything you could possibly need for the beach including umbrellas, beach towels, toys and chairs. Tennis rackets also provided to play on the on-site court.
Please note: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays are required throughout the spring - summer season.
Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to the Orlando area and has so much to offer. This condo allows you to stay on the beach and enjoy the pool while being one hour from Disney and other Orlando attractions. Port Canaveral, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Downtown Cocoa Village, the Brevard County Zoo, casino cruises, the Kennedy Space Center, miniature golf, kayaking, the Cocoa Beach Pier, fishing, golfing are a few of the nearby attractions.

It was so relaxing being able to watch the waves. It is truly oceanfront It’s not listed, but there is walk in shower which my bad knees appreciated. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Nicely located. Owners were a pleasure to work with

Beautiful condo with a spectacular view of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture & bed, ample room to stretch out and relax. Very clean condo and pool area. Very close to restaurants and attractions in the area. Also has free parking for guests. Loved the owners who were very personable and quick to answer our questions. Will definitely be back.

The owner’s description says it all. The condo was immaculate and had everything you might need to enjoy your beach vacation. Many thanks to the owner Barbara for being so responsive and always available. Condo was very spacious, very clean, and the owner thought of everything! The beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) are not old, rusty, and unusable as I’ve experienced with most beach rentals. Patio furniture was comfortable and perfect for watching the surf and sunrise. Lots of extras added for convenience like small fans, tray tables, extension surge protector, etc. Never had an issue with internet or any TVs. The kitchen was a dream stocked with everything you’d need.We loved how the condo was decorated with a combo of beach accents and traditional furnishings. The living area, bathrooms, and bedrooms are tastefully decorated- not a hodge-podge of leftover furniture. A lot of beach rentals are on “beach overload” with loud colors and decorations. This condo was super relaxing, soothing, and very comfortable.Best of all, the view from the spacious, 5th floor balcony is AMAZING. My pictures don’t really do it justice. We had a wonderful trip to visit family in the area. Barbara’s condo is #1 on our saved list for our next trip to Cocoa Beach!
